Great place to stop around the bay and bring friends visiting from away. There is also a nice selection of beers and cocktails. It's a very busy spot

Simply a treasure! Every minute and every bite was perfection. Very friendly and accommodating servers. LOVED the atmosphere and gorgeous view! I'll be back! Highly recommend the chowder.

Best fish and chips we got in 10 days, eating one a day. The kids portion that is. Too bad the fries weren’t up to par. A good home made tartar sauce would’ve made it 100%!Service : what to say. Good!Ambiance : would’ve appreciated some light rock on the terrasse.

I stopped in here after a long hike. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and even welcomed my little fur babies to the patio with treats. I tried the seasonal currant beer which was light and refreshing on a warm summers day after hiking. I also ordered the fish and chips with dressing and gravy. Being from bL originally and now visiting as a traveller I’ve had a lot of fish and chips and I will say this is one of the best for homemade I’ve had in Newfoundland. The fish was fresh, the seasoning was all in the batter but this is typical in NL, I would have liked more directly on the fish. the portion size was huge and filling (good value for money) and perfect for a hungry traveller.

This is the busiest place in town but it's fun to go. We only waited fifteen minutes or so. The food was good and so was the beer. The town mascot is in frontIt's a giant squid

Great location and beautiful restaurant. The fish tacos were ok but could have been better. The other food at the table was amazing, seafood chowder was delicious and the cod au gratin was very tasty.

Best food we have eaten in Newfoundland so far — everything we ordered was delicious, including the cream of mushroom soup, pork belly sandwich of the day, and famous onion rings. Also tried the pink lemonade radler which was very nice. It’s a beautiful property with views of the water; highly recommend!
