We had a minor issue with the fridge we purchased and the support we recieved was fantastic, they went above and beyond to be sure it was solved, the owner is a very very honest guy and I highly appreciate it. Uncomfortable experience. I went in to buy a couple appliances, the clerk greeted me, asked me for the measurements, but then he just gave me a tape measurer and dissapeared into the back of the store. No one else was there...

The proprietor is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable; there is no pressure to buy, and I felt, instead, reassured when I made my purchase that I had gotten good value and had obtained the selection suitable for my particular needs (appliances for an elderly parent).I bought 4 appliances, and the day of delivery, had to cancel at last minute due to a medical emergency. The proprietor, making the delivery himself, was en route and about to arrive (very punctually). He was kind and understanding, and cancelled the delivery without complaint.The medical emergency led, unfortunately, to a cancellation of all moving plans, and the proprietor, with exceptional compassion, provided a complete refund, refusing all my offers to pay for the attempted delivery or any penalty fees.Such high quality personal attention to clients is as extraordinary as it is unusual.The store itself is clean and bright, and the appliances also very clean, with a good selection to choose from. There is a 6-month after-sales guarantee that covers both labour and parts -- which is longer and more comprehensive than what is found elsewhere. Although there is no parking lot, parking can easily be found in nearby side streets.I would recommend this store without hesitation, and would certainly look to purchase from them again in the future.Summary: Excellent courteous service, great value, highly recommended.

Stressed & somewhat lost before our last minute move-out, we were having a hard time finding movers at an adequate price, to handle our heavy old appliances (fridge, range, washer & dryer…) : In a clumsy effort to avoid the headache of moving those into the new apartment, we decided to throw everything & buy new ones on a whim.Researching the Internet, we found EM & were encouraged by the positive reviews. Going into the store, the owner welcomed us with great hospitality. Before even offering anything from his stock, he took the time to assess the situation from A to Z, & suggested evaluating our old machines. He then advised us to keep the fridge & stove (as they were still “in perfect condition & functional”), & showed us a couple of refurbished washers & dryers, at an extremely good price.Realizing we were worried about the move, he gave valuable advice, referring us to people who can help with handling heavy stuff… To summarize, Idriss was a life saver: Smart & quick, surprisingly honest, he always manages to solve a problem with a smile.We were finally served… & happy!
