Very peacefull there , even tho it's close to the street it sure dont feel like it

Absolute awful experiences with this memorial. Terrible customer service. After dealing with them for not one but 2 services... We are ready to dig our loved ones out and move them to somewhere respectful. Not only do they try and up sell you when you're interring your loved ones... They try and get you to buy a lot for yourself in the middle of grieving. When organizing the interment, they emailed to confirm the date and time and the size of hole for the box. The hole was not dug to the appropriate dimensions and the box would not fit. The plaque which had been ordered and confirmed approximately 10 months ago and long before covid started, was not on site. They were completely insensitive and unapologetic and blamed it on the 7 other services happening today as if our service was less important than the others. They told us to come back in a few days, despite that most family members drove 2 hours to be here for it and cannot return.On top of everything - they denied my 92 year old grandmother use of the bathrooms after a 2 hour drive... And told her to go to Tim Hortons 5 blocks away.Literally the most disrespectful and insensitive experience of my life. Do not go here. They are a scam.

The Connection I had with Steven was Unique.There is one sure way to win over an Entire Family.And that is with Heart.For Steven, any other way would have been impossible.To Perform your Job with Heart, nobody did it more often nobody did it better.Our Journey began in the Fall of 2020.This was no easy task to finalize my Fathers Urn Burial with his Parent's Respectfully.Dealing with Covid, Lawyers, and Fellow Family was exhausting.Steven and I had several conversations for 2 yrs ongoing.He took my calls even on his own personal time off work.Which spoke volumes of his Genuine Passion, Commitment, Dedication to Say the least.We encountered a few intangibles to delay My Fathers final Service.But working together with Steven we formed a Cohesive team of 2.That said, My Uncle was very inclusive and instrumental with this ordeal. Many thanks to him. We also connected on personal level.He was aware of the Love for my Father and vice versa. Also how important my Father was to me and demonstrated complete empathy.We came up with a design for the Marker.His input and guidance assisted me to give my Father nothing but class.We worked Tirelessly, Relentlessly and finally came to a conclusion.The result was Remarkable. Resthaven Staff, My Family, Friends were completely overwhelmed with my Fathers Marker.That said, I was asked in future if Resthaven showcase it to future clients.Alot of time effort went into this.Steven as my team member I'd like to say not only hit a homerun but set a World Series Record.He was fundamental and precise to my requests.He got it done.I really hope Arbor memorial know what they have in Steven Legitimately.Thankyou Once again Steven.I believe we connected as friends as well.To those reading this post.Trust me, this is the gentleman you want not disrespecting his fellow staff.I'm speaking from personal experience period.Your truly, SincerelyDerek

Very peaceful and well maintained cemetery. Noreen was very helpful, kind, accommodating and very professional when we were finalizing our transaction for our columbarium. She answered all of our questions and gave us a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend her.

If I could give 100 stars I would. My mom and I dealt with Jean Liburd, she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, calm nature and the way she cared about my mom and her wishes for my brothers internment was greatly appreciated. Thank you Jean and the rest of the Resthaven team for thinking about our family and helping us to give my mom a sense of peace during this difficult time.

My father is resting here along side my grand dad , grand mom and uncle. Everything is kept well and it’s peaceful when paying respect. Some people use it as a cut through but how can you stop them. I come here often to talk to my family. By often I mean once or twice a year. I bring my latest project motorcycle to show my father. It’s a worthy trip to heal.

I had the very good fortune of dealing with Steven Fisher today at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. I was unable to locate a family members date of death that was needed for legal reasons and had exhausted all avenues trying to find it. Steven sensed my stress and the urgency of the matter and took it upon himself to use all his resources to obtain the date I needed. He went above and beyond and my brother and I truly appriciate it.I am looking forward to dealing with him in the very near future when it comes time for our mother to be in her final resting place at Resthaven.Thank you so much Steven, your kindness and compassion was exactly what I needed most today!

It seems impossible to get someone on the phone let alone return my calls as I've left multiple voicemails, why advertise 24/7 all over your website?My father was buried in this cemetery almost 2 years ago and his headstone has yet to be laid, and yes it has been paid for. The one and only time I spoke with someone it took them over 45mins and sending us back and forth before they even realized the headstone was on order". It takes over a year to order and lay a headstone?I can't say I was happy with how I was rushed when I asked for a few mins alone with my father before burial. I was constantly reminded that they were on a schedule and felt beyond rushed. How many times does someone lose a loved one

I would like to thank Steven Fischer for the all the help and service he gave me with our funeral arrangements. He made me feel relaxed and walked me through step by step. I must say all the staff were excellent! Thank you!

Peaceful, even close to the street, well maintained. No headstones to be tipped over. Graves have flat plaques. No hills to climb (like Pine Hills) very flat.
