Over 8 months in my dealings with Redberry they have fair and on the ball. Their level of professionalism has been excellent.

Not entirely sure about the operations end of the organization but their franchises are in abject state of disrepair. Many of their franchises are falling apart, and the employees seem to be struggling to keep pace because they are overwhelmed and dejected because of the working conditions. I would point out in particular their Pharmacy and St. Clair branch as needing extreme renovations, with there being not one but four seperate leaks in the customer ordering line up.

Unprofessional and deceptive. They ask you to come in for “ trial shifts” before hiring you. They will tell you it’s just a formality and you’re pretty much hired at this point. once you have finished your shift the hiring manager who in my case was a guy named “Raj” will stop responding to your texts, calls etc. It’s a nice way of getting free labour that is bordering on illegal.

As an employee, I really enjoy working at Redberry. I enjoy meeting many new people and colleagues in the different restaurants who are all so nice, so I like working with them. Redberry is a growing company across Canada.
