Terrible mold issues throughout the building. Mold behind the heaters and water drips down the walls non stop. They will not do anything and will ignore all complaints. They also have aggressive management. They expected people to use the laundry room while it had thick black mold everywhere. For months. They painted over it quick after we called the health board. The disgusting smells throughout the building are gag worthy. They will try to blame their many issues on you. Record everything and keep a paper trail. You will need it if renting here!

Personal property vandalized in the building hallway. Shoes deliberately vandalized/cut with a knife?! No security cameras. Sorry for your luck response. Police report completed on march 15, 2916.
