This restaurant should do drive through only until they are able to keep up with in-store orders and maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness.I have been here twice over the past few days and both times I was surprised by how tissues and wrappers are left on the floor and most of the tables are covered in crumbs. Yes they have COVID policies posted on the door, but despite only having half of the seating capacity available, it's clear that tables are not being sanitized or even cleaned between customers. We are in the middle of a pandemic and this is unacceptable.

It's the most disappointing place ever. My whole order was cold at 6.30 in morning. And i ordered toasted bagel they gave me not melted cold cheese.My hasbrown was completely cold never ever had such experience ever at any Tim Horton. Customer service was rude too. No greetings at all. Not suggested Tim horton to visit ever!!

This Tim Hortons location went above and beyond when there was a delivery issue. Even though they had no control over the delivery person delivering the order to the wrong address, they took action with Tim Hortons corporate to facilitate a refund and suggested steps to resolve the issue quickly. We really appreciate their exemplary service.

I have been in so many Tim Horton and this one is definitely the slowest one. Not enough staff on peak time. Line up is always long and sometime you have to wait outside. More staff would be a good improvement.

Robert and Kamal are the best! They always have my order perfect and make every morning a treat. They put up with so much from people giving them a hard time but those two run this place with ease. My personal fav Tim’s in Kelowna.

Not sure how you can have a 2 million dollar store, and only be open 5 days a week, and have worse hours than a bank.I guess they can just choose when they want to be open and working, because there's a sign that says 7am-3pm, yet half the time I try and go there at noon it's just straight up closed

The good- There is always seating here.- the staff are polite, and look like they are working hard.The needs improvement- slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been too. (10 minutes in a line of 5 people with 2 cashiers. From start to finish was an 18.5 minute endeavor)- very limited options in the evening for doughnuts.- feels understaffed as staff are frantically trying to keep up.

JC was extremely helpful when I had trouble placing a advance order. Lucky the shop was not busy… the process was lengthy and not cooperative. JC never once show any impatience, was very professional and helpful.The sausage egg sandwich was very tasty.Thank you JC
