Costco Pharmacy

Why are your employees so rude.Do they now their maneers ?If they are tired they shouldn't work there..They look like robots ..

Been coming here for a few years now. I'm beyond grateful for all the teams efforts on helping me out!Thank you everyone!

The first time I've ever used this completely unorganized pharmacy, they lost my prescription then proceeded to say I'm the one who never dropped it off and that I must be mistaken. Are you ******* kidding me!? I'm pretty sure I didn't do a bunch of acid then hallucinate that I went to Costco with some purple elephants to drop off a prescription.Make sure if you go to this pharmacy you get them to photo copy your prescription and then get them to sign and date it so you have proof you dropped it off. It's sad that we have to do their jobs for them, but it's obvious that's what needs to be done.

Cost effective place

Guess who made a mistake again!? So many issues at this location. What happened to the great customer service Costco used to offer? Managers (hi Stephanie) never offer to make right on their ongoing mistakes, just offer excuses. Cashier is too lazy to do their jobs properly and Stephanie refused to even acknowledge or apologize for the issue caused by more than 1 of her staff. Does not appreciate that their customers time is also valuable and telling me to come back is a farce. I am left without my meds too often so it's an issue that can not be ignored any longer. Time to take my business elsewhere.

I had an hour before work and stopped in to get TP & blood sugar test strips (because they were $5 cheaper). I got the TP from back and made my way to the pharmacy, got in the cashier line waited 5 minutes. Just to be told I needed to go to prescription drop off 1st! Went over there and waited another 5 minutes, then 5 minutes to start an account up. Now I have 40 minutes until work starts just to be told my strips (that are in a box on a shelf) will be ready to go in 20-25 minutes!?!? I DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME!!! They can’t just give me the box like any other pharmacy because “they have a process” … the process should be give me the box, I’ll pay for it and see ya later! My time is worth more the $5 per per 20 minutes. So I went to another pharmacy after work and paid the extra $5 and only had to wait for her to walk from one counter to the till.
