King City

I do not understand people complaining about paring. TTC never had free parking, at least GO it trying and has added remote parking at the church within 700m. Also, this station has one of the best customer service. John (if I am not mistaken with customer service person name here) does great job when servicing customers with amazing speed. Also, new trains were added recently so there is a late service available in the morning. The only real complain is a bus service that takes too long sometimes 1.5h to get from or to Union.

Nice location my reason for the 4 stars is the lack of parking compared to how busy the location can get. Getting decent parking means you have to be there by 8am which is no good when the price of a GO ticket is relatively high.

Service is good and timely. Clean station. The main issue is not enough parking spots for those who haven't reserved. The whole reason why I'm commuting is so I don't have to pay for parking at my destination.

Terrible parking situation. 80% of the lot is reserved parking, and the rest is always taken. There are 2 other lots that are at least 10 minutes walking distance.

It's a nice clean station with more frequent service than the Gormley line. But arrive after 9am and you are guaranteed to not find a single parking spot at any of the 3 overflow lots. Even spots where parking is forbidden are usually packed with cars.

Basic suburban station that is all automated with Presto. Parking is quite limited, but if you get dropped off it’s a quick ride downtown.

Super clean, trains are frequent. However the train is either late or cancelled at least once a week, and the parking lots are 80% reserved or a 15 minute walk. The reserved lots are not even 50% full. They should only have one reserved lot in my opinion.

This is a bit tricky. The reason i am posting this review is the impressive service of John. He is very friendly and helpful and makes you a bit forget that tha parking situation here is .... what can describe it? Makes no sense. 90 % is reserved parking. There are no indications where you can park, so if you are knew, better do your homework the day before. Another intresting pointvis that the station is located in a very nice area but there are no services at all, like a small coffee shop or the likes. I dobnot know who makes these decisions but it feels wrong. The station can be the hub of King City but it looks like it require a paradigme shift from decision makers to go out of their box, or maybe go for a trip in Europe

Parking situation is a light bit tense so driving is not a great idea. John who had worked the booth there for quite some time is great and super friendly - will help you reverse any wrongfully charged items, sometimes even if it's your mistake (forgetting to tap off, etc).
