The pharmacy is great but the cashier staff out front is mostly elderly and among the slower I've ever seen anywhere.

This is one of the larger Shoppers locations I’ve been to. It was well stocked and clean and the pharmacist and front cash staff were friendly and eager to help.

I was racially profiled in the cosmetic section by a blonde women with a scar on her face! I left my purse in the car and didn't touch anything due to cognitive dissonance.I was looking for a contour pencil on rememberance day for the motion ball! I made sure not to touch anything and left my purse in the car, which is funny that I have to think that way in the first place! Anyway I was followed down the aisles, if I took two steps, the attendant took two steps as well, it was ridiculous!I finally found something that could work for me so I reached up to look at it and I didn't even have my fingers on it when she said, can I help you" I told her no that I was fine just looking. I started to open the box that was not sealed so I was not damaging the product and she told me not to open it because it was not a tester. I told her that I knew it was not a tester and that it did not have a sticker that said tester on it and that it was also still in the box so why would it ever be a tester???? She knew she was in the wrong so began to act like I was the aggressor like so many employees do but the security tapes show everything!!!! She started saying wow

You don’t always find what you need and it’s quite pricey. But I appreciate that they open on holidays.

Offer: spend $75 to get 20,000 points. Thought I had spent more than enough. One of the few times I forgot to confirm the balance and points before I left the store, when I later checked my points were not awarded. After contacting Optimum, turns out my purchase was short by 7 cents and they won't give me the points. In the past, if a purchase was short by a small amount, the cashier would let me know.

I wish there was 0 stars as an option! My wife who is a women of color was followed and racially profiled in the cosmetic section by an attendant with blond hair! She was followed and then as soon as she went to touch a product she was asked not to and that the product was not a tester so do not open it. The contour pencil was not sealed or packaged so naturally she wanted to see the exact shade before making the purchase and the attendant told her not to touch it! Even though she could afford anything in the store she was profiled by the color of her skin. This is unacceptable and should never happen to anyone. The owner of the store apologized but it will not lay to rest the issues with the staff that are employed there! hope they treat people better in the future and if there is a look but don't touch policy in the store there should be signs!

Bright, clean store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I will say they were very helpful on the floor and at the pharmacy. My one complaint, they are the most expensive for filling prescriptions. I asked why and was told it was the processing fees so it seems, Shoppers is a little greedy.

Awful. I bought 3 pizzas from this store for a party I was having and every single one was COVERED in frost and mold was under every single pepperoni. It could not have been my fault because my home is 5 minutes down the road and I opened them as soon as I arrived! I was not given a refund. I am never trusting this store with my pizza money ever again. Awful. Sad. Don't buy anything frozen from this store, the freezers are obviously of bad quality.

Great place great people great staff especially Courtney the pharmacist who goes above and beyond to help people I couldn't recommend a better pharmacy
