Eastlink

Not sure if this is the right spot to put this review since I was dealing with a tech and not the storefront location.At any rate I had some recent trouble with a storm knocking out part of my power causing electrical issues and frying some of the internet lines. Eastlink got me a tech out 2 days later.Morgan the tech that came was absolutely excellent, he was polite, reassuring and got everything fixed up quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable and we're actually getting a better signal and speed than before. I hope any management takes notice and gives him the kudos he surely deserves.

Had internet service for a week and dealt with a 2 hour network outage while working from home. Avoid and go with Bell at all costs.

Went to the Charlottetown mall today to upgrade my phone,, young guy behind counter had hard time to answer my questions,,yawning non stop behing counter,, never came to shows me new phone stayed on his stool untill I tried to see one phone and alarm went on to shut it off,,,went back to his spot,, i left right away frustrated,, worse service ever,, should not b servicing customers,,,,,

Former Eastlink mobile customer for a couple of years. ID had expired 3 months before that. I had years of bills ect, codes, knowledge of the account and I was in store. Just wanted a device to plug the SIM card into. Would not sell phone even WITH SIM CARD. ID Expired. So if you like ppl who get cute over silly things after thousands of dollars in transactions? Eastlink Mobile. Virgin's got same plan with 1gb of data.

Well you wanted me to login so heres my review: This company keeps shuting off internet at around 4am each night. This is a trsah company that promotes easy access nut its full of donuts. Yall can thank algoryhems for this reply but you get the point . There is zero cahnce you will run any 24/7 server fromthis company, also yay

I've had a lot of negative reviews to share lately so it's nice to be able to leave a positive one.Bell completely screwed me over on a simple move of my services and made it worse afterwards (a bit of a history in the poor sales/service realm but I don't want to go full Abe Simpson) so I went into the store of the competition with a fairly caustic attitude. Adam, the sales contact (not sure of the role) rolled with the smartassery and was a pleasure to deal with. I don't know if anyone in my experience has been so straightforward and quick to set up, as well as give me the lowdown on the services that I ordered. I hope the rest of Eastlink lives up to my initial experience. Thanks Adam!

customer service needs major work. i went in to ask about switching mygrandparents to a bundle, the guy looked at me as if im crazy and said that bundle doesnt exist, then i went in a week later and the lady was kind enough to say it is an actual bundle but to call customr service to see if its as good as what we have

Eastlink has not shown up for two appointments to fix our downed line? What kind of service is that? We cannot speak to anyone there and they don’t answer our calls. Very poor service, will likely switch providers.
