First time, I'd ordered gaiters from them through Amazon and second time I ordered winter boots through their websites. I've been happy with their quality service, fast deliveries and the care they provide for their customers. BTW, thank you Erica for you cool note :) actually I'm enjoying the hikes! Thank you!

Nice store but very high prices, its exactly ehat youd expect from an outdoor marketed shop. They do have a great selection and overly friendly staff though just expect to pay for it.

Ordered a couple Petzl headlamps from here, shipped quick and arrived in perfect condition. And the prices were great as well. Great place to buy outdoor gear, definitely would shop here again!

This store has been a great experience on the many occasions we've visited. We've never seen it closed when we wanted to visit, even when they were facing a change in management. There is a great range of products for all kinds of sports, though I will say primarily summer sports. The staff are always very kind and helpful.

Still looking to have more information regarding my $75.00 gift card. I came to the store to use my card driving from Lillooet. The woman working said I could not use it. She than asked to have the card and said she would call me back once she got to the bottom of it. They told me the gift card was attached to the purchaser, which could have been a couple different family members to the elderly couple who gave it to me for my birthday. I feel very disheartened and feel that the store itself does not wish me to use my own gift card due to the fact it has been a month and no response. I really hope the elderly couple who gave me this gift card isn’t being ripped off by your staff or business. It’s a shame that this has happened and I’ve let the elderly couple know I have not be able to get anything because of the staff and way I was treated. I hope someone can resolve this for me as it’s now been over a month.

Store has loads of product and merchandise, prices could be a little better , but hiking outdoor gear is pricey. Over all good shop

Horrible communication and making rookie mistakes. They don’t tell you upfront how they ship and when the order doesn’t arrive they charge you for the shipping and still don’t deliver the product. I provided a shipping address to my door and nowhere was it disclosed on your address page that you only use Canada Post (that doesn’t ship to the door). Maybe provide this info upfront and not in your pages of fine print to save the confusion and frustration. When I tried to resolve this issue I was greeted with rudeness and had zero support to help me the customer. I would never recommend them to anyone. Scam.

I love this store. It's hands down the best place in town to find outdoor gear. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
