I had a great experience with urban steel. Nick and Telly are both excellent at what they do. They installed a railing and it is great quality.

I hired Nick and company to do my stairs and my foyer door and they did not disappoint. I’m thrilled with the end product and appreciate their responsiveness to my needs and attention to detail. So easy to work with from the initial drawings and planning to work completion. Amazing. Thank you.

I am having a very terrible experience with Nick B., manager of this company. He supplied a low-quality terrace railing at my home, and totally dis-regard the custom-order requirements. The railing is unstable and does not pass home-inspection. Nick B. refused to address the custom-order requirements and make-it-right. The situation is still on-going. There were no shop drawings done and no shop drawings were approved by us to begin with, and Urban Steel claimed that they did it. I did not allow access for the reason that Urban Steel intends to ignore custom-order requirements and weld the entire railing in order to cover-up the unstable situation. I could not believe it that Nick B. used glue to attach a heavy metal handle bar onto the top of the railing, making it even more unstable. The poor quality of workmanship is just unbelievable.
