I waited over a month for them to process my initial down payment. Then after that they took even longer to get me a policy number and I had temporary slips for two more months. Finally by the end, my monthly payments had increased because of all the time waiting and them not being able to process a full month of payments. Not to mention they are hard to reach and waited at least 15 minutes on hold when trying to contact a representative. I do not recommend Mitch Insurance. There are plenty other companies that offer similar prices with better overall service.

My daughter took delivery of her 1st car yesterday...woohooBrandon and Kara provided excellent service with getting her own insurance coverage. We had to make a few last minute changes, Brandon did not hesitate to jump right in and assist us in what we needed. It wasn't an easy task as we were moving up the coverage on the delivery date. Thank you so much Brandon and Kara!

The service I received was outstanding. Ryan was efficient, reassuring and extremely helpful. He provided us with a quick quote and everything was approved in no time. I would highly recommend this broker. We definitely got the best quote with them.

Ryan C & team were excellent to work with; nearly no hold times and they were able to determine the best price and set-up coverage for me in a quick manner. I haven't had to make any claims through the brokered insurance with them (nor others) but given the level of service so far I wouldn't be concerned about receiving guidance from them through that process either.

These guys are great. Turn around time is less than 15 minutes. I was in need of home insurance for my closing and Tony was great in helping me out within 1 hour. The next day I called and Tony was off so Erin was so helpful and changed my policy multiple time as it was requested by my lawyer. Thank you so much Tony and Erin for helping me out quickly and efficiently. You guys are rockstars.

When I first got auto and home insurance through Mitch they had great rates and better service. The broker I dealt with regularly was always good and provided me with ample updates to changes with my policies and renewals. However, once they retired I have had nothing but issues. They are often very delayed in getting back to email and phone enquires, don’t provide me updates to my policy and have auto renewed my policy without providing even an email to let me know it’s been renews and/or any of the updates or changes that may have happened. Finally their rates that were great when I first was insured seem to have gradually increased to above their competitors. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for insurance.
