Winners

This is the WORST Winners we have ever gone to!!!!! And we have gone to almost All the Winners in Vancouver, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Langley, and Abbotsford in the last 3 days. And have spent $100's of dollars and many hours enjoying ourselves. It is beyond messy, dirty and everything was out of place!!!! My sister in a wheel chair couldnt even get down any of the isles so we had leave! Garbage and close all over the floor. I have pictures to prove! This Winners is a saftey hazard and health hazard! This Winners needs to be delt with!!

I recently visited Winners and unfortunately had a negative experience with one of the staff members. I was trying out a chair and a staff member told me that the chair was not for me to sit on, but for selling, and walked away without any further explanation. I was taken aback by the rudeness of the staff member, and felt uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store.As a customer, I believe that I have the right to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown by the staff member, and hope that the management takes steps to ensure that this kind of behavior does not happen again.Overall, I appreciate the store's selection and prices, but the negative experience with the staff member has left a lasting impression. I hope that the management takes my feedback seriously and works towards improving the customer experience.

Nice store if you are looking for gifts that are brand name at affordable prices. There is no way you can go into this store and leave empty handed. Great customer service at the front end too!

I always end up buying random items here since the prices are really good. As for this store, it is well organized and a good place to buy designer clothes. Service is quick and staff is polite, helpful and attentive.

We went in to winners to spend quite a lot of money on gifts for our staff Christmas party. We spent $800 and they wouldn't do anything to help us get our stuff to the cars. They wanted us to purchase bags instead. Stores used to be helpful when you made purchases. Not this place. They were just rude about it. Won't go back. Will definitely tell my friends.

They have almost all of the major brands that I want on sale which I do not want to buy on a regular price. Recommended place to shop for branded items at an affordable price.
