Coming regular to this store for last 2 years. Always satisfied from their customer service and best fried chicken in the city you can get from this place. Highly recommend!!!!

This has to be the worse KFC in Canada, very unfriendly staff, the guy behind the counter doesn’t talk or smile to customers, talks down to customers and after the order was ready waited 5 minutes for the guy to get off his phone and give me my order, food was cod and greasy, will not be back and will not recommend.

Ordered two 2 piece Tuesday specials. Not impressed AT ALL! If I had t already gotten on the highway I would have taken it back for a refund. The pieces are tiny and way over cooked. Chicken is dry. Was it because I didn’t buy at a high column time of day?

Awful. Chicken had obviously been in the fryer more than once. Small dry pieces of chicken and cold fries. Horrible customer service. Wont be back

When I arrived the lady in front of me said she had been waiting 10 minutes at the counter to make her order. I could hear people chatting in the kitchen and moved to a spot where one of them could see me. Finally someone came out to take our orders. The staff were courteous and professional while taking and filling our orders.I hadn't eaten KFC in over a couple of decades and decided that I wanted to satisfy a craving. Unfortunately after this experience I will never eat KFC ever again. I have had glasses of water with more flavour than this. Everything was bland and flavourless, and no, I don't have COVID. The chicken, the gravy, the corn, the fries, the biscuits, all flavourless. I hope this helps. Think twice, go somewhere else.

Writing this from my bathroom! First they do need to update their hours, my boyfriend went through the drive through at 6:30pm and they told him they're closing in 15 minutes so basically, hurry up with his order(even though online it says they close at 9:00pm). Secondly, as soon as I took a sip of the drink I had very low hopes for the meal, the Pepsi tasted like water with a hint of Pepsi flavour. Thirdly, about 15 minutes after eating we both began to get stomach cramps, thank god we have two bathrooms is all I have to say. Spent most of the time with stomach issues. Never again!

definitely need to update their business hours. it is posted they are open until 9:30pm, but when we arrived at 7:30pm no one was answering the drive thru window and employees were leaving. inside the restaurant was dark and shut down. either the employees are making their own rules at this location, or management should change the posted hours!
