Ron and Wayne at Greenwood Auto Sales are amazing. We were able to test drive several vehicles we were interested in because they have great inventory on hand. We were given a more than fair trade in value for our vehicle and once we decided to move forward, the transaction was done with ease due to Rebecca and Theodore's professionalism. The typical car salesman pressure did not exist from this outfit. They were informative, helpful, and excellent to deal with. We highly recommend them and will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

I had been shopping around for a used Hybrid for months. Before coming here we were trying to negotiate with a VW dealership in Moncton. That dealer was trying to sell us a rusting car with dry rotted tires and refused to either lower the price or at least replace the tires. Ron at Greenwood Auto Sales was the exact opposite. Within a few minutes of looking at the car, he pointed out that it may need new tires and that they would replace them along with anything else the car needed before we bought it. Before I got the car they put new tires and brakes on it and it was absolutely spotless! They even had the registration and license plate ready to go for me! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the way they approach the customer. I can't forget how transparent Rebecca was either, she got us the best interest rate and took care of everything. The rate was less than half that the VW dealer in Moncton offered. I highly recommend Greenwood Auto Sales!

I would highly recommend this dealership. Like many other reviews say, Mike Dakin is your go to guy. He is so kind from the minute you walk in the door, and the dealership was more than accommodating to our baby dachshund we have to carry along for our journeys these days (we also travelled from Bridgewater, NS), they even watched him while we test drove some cars. In terms of the car we left with, it was so clean, you could see your reflection off of it. Overall, outstanding customer service. The signing process was easy and most importantly, transparent. Can’t say we’ve experienced that with dealerships in our area recently, so it was a great change of pace and worth the trip. I didn’t know this dealership existed until a family member spoke very highly of it, so we took the chance and it worked out. If we need anymore vehicles in the future, we will be visiting the folks at Greenwood Auto Sales.

Best car buying experience ever. I was anxious to even go out and look at cars because it's always been a stressful experience for me, but the people at Greenwood Auto made it easy! Wayne, Rebecca, and Ron were all so friendly and easy to talk to. They answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The best part? No one pressured me at all into making a quick decision (I visited them 4 times before I made up my mind and no one seemed annoyed with me, lol), or tried to talk me into something I didn't want or wasn't sure of. Ron showed me whatever vehicle I wanted to see, more than once. Rebecca worked to get me the best interest rate and gave me the time I needed to read and understand the paperwork, which I've been rushed through everywhere else. Wayne addressed the only concern I had quickly and easily so that I was satisfied with my purchase. They're a great team and I would definitely recommend them!

Was interested in a car at Greenwood Auto Dealer. Was told the car was in great shape by a sales person, was ready to buy the car after talking with the financing guy ( who was great) I decided to make the 4 hour drive. We showed up and didn’t even need to get close to the car and you could see MANY scratches, dents, Paint peeling off that I could even put my fingers behind the paint strips coming off. The sales person said “ that’s what you get when you buy a used car” It’s a 23 thousand dollar car and a 2019 absolutely disappointed. I ended up not even taking it for a drive. as for the poor body work on it.

I purchased my new (used) Audi from out of province. Dealt mostly with John and I have to say he and everyone else made the process as simple as possible. Quick to answer any/all questions and even sent extra photos that I requested. Rebecca helped with adding a great 4 year warranty as well which I'm glad to have on it. Extremely pleased with the service and am loving my car! Will definitely check out Greenwood Auto Sales anytime I'm looking for another vehicle.
