Would be very helpful if they had a photo machine that can be used from the store not just the app.

I went into the copy/fax area in the store in Lindsay, my printer quit and I needed labels printed for Amazon returns. This super helpful lady helped me and she was great, got the job done even though it was a bit of task printing from emails and printing an email label someone sent me to print from an iPhone and an iPad. This beautiful young(redhead)lady was great helpful professional and just great service, Thank you for your help and getting it done for me, tech is not my strong point, so great to be able to head into somewhere and be greeted by someone who is fluent in their job and actually helps a guy who doesn’t know. Awesome service, customer for life due to this young lady. Give credit where credit is due. It’s so refreshing to actually get help, most stores i go into nowadays i am fed a line of sh$t or they don’t know and don’t care.Big Thank you to you, enjoy your coffee.

Took the memory chip from my mom's camera in to have some prints made. The associate was very helpful but said prints would be ready in 10 minutes. We'll, no. Came back in 20 minutes to be told 40 minutes more. Better communication with staff as to actual time period needed

Great location on Kent Street West...lots of free parking. It is always well stocked with what I need. The shopping experience is great with the friendly, courteous ,knowledgeable staff.

I would like to tk the girls who helped me print off photos this afternoon, Sunday Apr 30. Extremely patient and courteous.

Went in today to staples to send a UPS package and found out information on the website to be incorrect. They're not a verified UPS. When I asked a staff member why the website had false information she denied it and argued with it. Instead of directing us to a proper address or being helpful she was totally argumentative and dismissive. Also update your website if you know information is false, As I had to drive over 35 minutes to get there.

Good store with the shipping material I need. Labels tape and boxes. Helpful courteous staff.

A good place to check things out. There's always someone there to help you. The trick is just go to the front counter and ask the cashier for help and she'll get someone for you.
