Just got off the phone with their customer service and long story short they are now dodging my phone calls which seem weird as it’s supposed to be customer service. My internet has been slow the past couple of days and I called them recently to fix it, as I work from home and I need the internet so I can work. They told me to plug it out and back in, and I did that, but now I have connection to the internet and they were not being helpful at all. Im going down there later today to talk to them but all in all, they need to seriously fix that.
