Right from the start, you could tell that you would be getting responsive service and attention to detail. The in-home estimate was super quick, and I so appreciate Charles's attempts to help us save money. When there was a small issue with one of the blinds, there was a quick apology, and the problem was whisked away and a new one couriered. Don't let their low prices fool you, this is a quality product and company.

I highly recommend Window Blinds Direct as they have excellent products at a very reasonable price. Charles was excellent helping us to choose products and Michael provided competitive pricing and support. Charles and his helper did a great job with the installation.The blinds are motorized and connected to the internet so that we open and close them automatically based on sunrise and sunset. We also had shutters installed with a 2/3 - 1/3 split.

I'm very happy with the custom blinds I ordered over 3 years ago. Recently I decided to change one window from light-filtering to blackout and Michael was very responsive over email. Within a month of my initial email Charles installed the new blackout blinds, which is very impressive considering it's a custom order.

Michael and crew at were great to deal with. Not only where they the lowest price, the shutters are great and match the other shutters in the house exactly. Install was smooth as well.Charles and his parneter for install were great, and their attention to detail was amazing. The shutters were made slightly larger and they came back at no cost with the right size shutters and installed them. One of the louvers was not up to Charles' standards so he took it out and replaced it on the second visit.All in all, a great experience with Window Blinds Direct.
