Doctors are amazing, any experience I've had with the team I've felt cared for and they helped me right away. The receptionist with black hair is always consistently rude over the phone or in person- idk if this is normal behavior to treat students like this for her but it's pretty unacceptable how she speaks to people. Hope she gets talked to or whatever she's so unhappy about is addressed.

sure they’ll support you when you’re doing alright but the second you start to decline you get treated like garbage.10/10 for Amy the dietitian tho, she’s a 10/10

Two times of my visits I asked for a doctor, the front desk ladies gave me an NP.10/10 will visit again.Ps. All the nurse and front desk ladies are very professional and polite.

Any time I have had a health issue I have gotten in to see someone very quickly and they have always been excellent. Their staff of various nurses go above and beyond!

worst experience ever. If you can go somewhere else, avoid this place. I got a throat culture tested, it lasted 4 days, and when I called again, they said I have to book an appointment with the dr. to review my results.I had the same test before in a different clinic, and the receptionist from that clinic calls me back in 2 days and informed me my result.How's that?WOOORST EVER. The Student Wellness Centre, is not actually a walk-in clinic. Please remove this from the description. Unless “walk-in” means you can walk in to make an appointment. The Student Wellness Centre does not take walk in patients.

These staff are seriously amazing!! I have never felt so cared for and have staff really note the small symptoms. They care about how your health affects your daily life and will go beyond symptom treatment into holistic care. As I pursue a career in health, these people are role-models of professionalism and empathy! Will be sad to not be a student anymore :) Highly recommend!!
