Larger than some other locations. Staff is friendly and will accommodate you (separating orders to get 2 discounts). Well organized and nice and bright. Better than welland location but less playd switch game options at this location at time of review.

Amazing customer service experience at the Adam's Centre location and at Pen Centre location! I was returning a Christmas present that I ordered online. Unfortunately, I could not find my receipt from pick up in store, only had the email for the order which did not contain the amount of my purchase.They went above and beyond to find a copy of the receipt at the Pen Centre via many phone calls, so that I could return it at the Adams Centre location. Frank was incredibly patient, kind and helpful, along with the employee assisting him on the phone, at the Pen Centre location throughout the entire return process. I am a very grateful customer.

Do not buy your PS5 or Xbox or any console for that matter. They make you buy another game for 60 dollars or more on cd. They say it's policy, the machine I purchased was a game bundle and still had to buy another game. So go to shoppers drug mart or another store of that k8nd and your not forced to buy another game. I only bought the machine caus3 I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my daughter a console.

This location did not disappoint. I was able to find a Call of Duty hoodie that was not available in the US and a cool GameStop hoodie. The selection of toys, games and collectibles was really expansive and the prices were great. Definitely recommend stopping by for your gaming needs.
