We hired Samineh, from Belluxe Photography to shoot our August 2019 wedding. She told us she would photograph our engagement, tea ceremony and fairmont wedding. So we agreed and signed the contract.Fast forward to a week before our wedding, Samineh told us that the tea ceremony IS NOT included in the package. If we wanted her to shoot it, we would need to pay her extra. We had already hired a third photographer out of her recommendation, so we asked if one of the photographers can come early (and leave early) to shoot the tea ceremony at our home. It was a small, intimate event, that only had close family members. She said no, that was not allowed. So we didn't use Samineh for our tea ceremony.A few days after the wedding, during our honeymoon, Samineh said that we breached our contract because the tea ceremony was part of the contract, if we wanted our wedding photos, we would need to pay her the extra fee for the tea ceremony. After months of writing up a new subcontract, we agreed to pay her the extra fee so that we can receive our photos. We could not show our tea ceremony photos to our family members, including our only living grandma who is 96 yrs old for one whole year.Everything was delayed. She had poor communication, I always had to message her for updates because she never contacted me. We didn't receive our photo album until May 5, 2021.Update: there seems to be a Vitra So" who is impersonating to be a friend of mine and that was part of my wedding party

We worked with Samineh for 3 different occasions and we LOVED our photos each time. Whoever has seen our photos, has asked for her contact information. She followed up with us each time to make sure we are happy with the results or if we have any feedback. She's patient, kind and caring and you would totally enjoy your experience with her. My husband and I hired Belluxe for our engagement and wedding photos in 2020. Before our engagement photos, Samineh visited the location of our shoot so on the day of the photos she had such a great and unique vision. We were so happy with our photos! Due to covid we had to downsize our wedding on short notice. Samineh worked with us through all of the changes we needed to make and had great ideas. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond and did so much more that were beyond her duties. She truly made our big day run so smooth and took phenomenal pictures! My biggest thing for my wedding is that I didn’t want all my pictures to be “that Instagram picture”. I wanted pictures capturing my true emotions, my family’s emotions and everything else. So when I look back I experience those exact same emotions. And that is exactly what Belluxe photography did!! I look back at my pictures and wish I could blow each and every one up for everyone to see the detail and emotions Samineh caught with every event she was at. In addition some instagram-able ones ;).
