Got my house renovated with Sam approximately three years ago during covid. We were nothing but respectful and considerate to him and his employees, providing them with coffee lunch etc. Sam completed 90% of the job, while on certain things were damaged and never fixed but he did provide a lot of excuses and many lies. He blamed a lot on covid why he couldn’t finish the job but we gave him the benefit of the doubt to come back within mannerly time and finish the job but that hasn’t happened and its been three years. He has constantly lied to me and ignored me. I would never recommend anyone to do business with him.

Make sure he finishes the work before he leaves. Or else, he is hard to get in contact with and you’re left paying someone else more money to finish the job. Be cautious before hiring Sam.
