Stan and his team completed a bathroom restoration after some disastrous water damage. They also completed a number of pending general repair and construction on our to-do list. We are pleased with the quality of work his team completed. You can expect conscientious craftsmanship and straight forward communication from Kaizon. Any issues that come up were addressed in a timely manner. We felt we were in good hands throughout the entire project from beginning to end. We won't hesitate to contact Kaizon for any future house remodeling projects.

We have used Kaizen for our home renovation including kitchen and bathroom. Stan was very straight forward, efficient and honest person to work with. Great at time management, and giving good feedback before to prevent any surprises. He has great trades people around him that he has been working with for long time. Of course with reno , there always will be things and concerns pop up along the way but they have been responsible for everything. Great local business to support!

Stan and his team have been great to work with. They basically rescued me when a different contractor walked away, starting the day after we contacted him. They prepped my place to have flooring put in, redid my bedroom & bathroom, added loft in my child's bedroom, along with numerous small things that had to be done. I am about to have them do the kitchen & another bathroom renovation this summer. Kaizen Renovation Co has been a pleasure to work with & fantastic at guiding me through my first big renovation projects. I will absolutely use them whenever I need work done.

From start to finish Kaizen was phenomenal. They took care of our main floor gut & reno and basement suite gut & reno last year. Great quality of work, fantastic employees, and trustworthy advice. Stan spent the time with us to ensure we felt comfortable and understood every step of the process, and was always there for us when we had a question. Kaizen renovated the bathroom and kitchen in my townhouse and they did an excellent job. Stan Lorenzo is very professional and knowledgeable. The contractors were very good and cleaned up afterwards.I didn't have a huge budget to accomplish the upgrades, but Kaizen worked within the budget. They finished both jobs below the original estimates.I love my new kitchen and bathroom. Would highly recommend Kaizen Renovations.

Stan and the Kaizen team helped us through our first official renovation experience. We completely updated our entire unit- floors, ceiling, kitchen, bathroom, paint, everything. Stan was there to constantly help us along the way with constant communication and updates. I definitely feel like they went above and beyond what was asked. I really appreciate how he provides detailed estimates, and works within your budget. He takes time to walk through your ideas, and makes suggestions that improve the outcome. His team always took extra effort to clean up after they had been on-site, and made sure to communicate with us when coming of going.I recommend that every client takes time to identify what is important to them, and to share their expectations. It helps the entire process. Refurbishments are an invasive process, Stan and his team make it as smooth as it can be.

The Kaizen team were on top of all the renovations aspects. From staying within budget, providing accurate estimations and times to perform the work. Their team was always respectful, on time and maintain the work area clean and organized. The outcome was better than expected. Highly recommended

I used Stan and the crew from Kaizen for a full condo renovation last year and they were fantastic. When looking for a contractor I received quotes that ranged from $50K to $150K, when I could get a quote at all. Several of the contractors that I reached out either didn't want to bid on what they considered a small project or never followed up with the actual quote. Kaizen was completely different. A fully itemized quote received on time and they were able to begin work in just a couple of months. Kaizen's quote was reasonable and realistic.I had hired a designer to help bring my vision together and she also conveyed how easy and flexible Kaizen was to work with when some of the finishing materials were delayed. Kaizen's crews were professional and polite, being sure to work within the constraints of my strata. When their was a water issue connected to the renovation, the crew leap into action to get my family heirlooms that were still in the apartment up to a safe and dry space and dealt with the water issue very quickly.I wouldn't hesitate to work with Kaizen again and highly recommend. In fact, they are finishing up an upper floor renovation on a friends house right now.
