Maison Corbeil + Must Société

While they have some nice furniture, Maison Corbeil has the worst after-sale service. We have had multiple (ongoing) issues with furniture purchased throughout the past year including wrong items delivered, damaged items delivered, and items delivered without installation. There seems to be a lack of communication between the sales team and the after-sale team / customer service.

A giant store with an interesting collection of overpriced furniture and unfriendly staff. You have to meet certain profile that is not necessarily disclosed to get anyone's attention! Many items are way overpriced compared to the greater Montreal or even Canadian benchmark however the quality is good and some styles are really longer than interesting. I wish the service was just as high as the price it will change the store and the customer experience quite radically.

Interesting selection of furniture. OK sales people. After sales / Customer service is horrific. You can only email communicate?! the worst (actually, ordering & paying for a chair in November, with a 3 month delivery is pretty standard these days, until they push the delivery out to SEVEN months..?!). This is the first time going to Maison Corbeil. The store’s display is nice, and they have a variety of furniture. We were there for almost an hour, however, during that hour, we were not served by any salesperson. We decided to do our own tour, take pictures, and analyze the furniture by ourselves. It would be great to have someone that can assist us. Prices are higher than MUST and the quality is slightly better.

1 start is too much. The worst shopping experience, product quality and customer service ever in developed countries. Spent 11k+ for a set of fabric sectional 'Made in Europe' and received with cracked board (not wood) inside, strong odor from feather pillow (not down, making the house smell like chicken farm), and moreover a customer service with delay (> 6 months without a solution), dishonest (promised a change but would only fix after a while). And until today, after one year of waiting, one item in my order is not shipped yet --- one new date each ask. Want money back? Ha, never. A must go if you want to try your luck or get frustrated. Their customer service has zero care about customer. If you think my comment is exaggerated, please take a look at their responds to some 1 star reviews. Some of the reviews include the shopping detail and even order number and Maison C is able to backtrack but their responds are just 'you can email us at...' At the price point they are in, I would expect much better customer service.Our buying experience was good. The sales representative Karl Hebert was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful in picking our bar stools. We were even in discussions about returning to purchase a buffet and dining room set.It's the after sales service that completely fell apart. One of our stools was delivered with visible damage in January 2022 and we're almost in June 2022 and I'm still chasing down Customer Service for a replacement.Needless to say, we didn't return to purchase our dining room set and went next door to Germain Lariviere instead.It's a shame because we liked dealing with Karl. We're simply uneasy purchasing anything from a store that delivers damaged items and doesn't offer replace them half a year later.

Shady sales practice. King sized beds come with slats not designed for it, so they upsell king slats at a premium.Poor craftsmanship. Bed frame broke after a month of usage. Slats went bust some time after and creek like crazy.Poor customer service. They take forever to get back to you on repairs. Turns out they don't have spare pieces in stock so they have to replace the entire thing. Took months to get replaced. Then the tech that came to document the slats issue, lost their documentation and nobody was even flagged about it. Another month went by before we inquired and people finally realized the error. It took a metric ton of callbacks to get a replacement unit approved. It's been 3 months since and no news. People on phone have no clue on where things are at.Overall a seriously disappointing experience all things considered. The frame is nice, but keep in mind it's a rebadged import. Kudos to the brand for curating their collection and that's about it. Will never ever shop there again.

Good choices, but some of them are a bit high priced. I bought some chairs here because of the quality, not for the price.If you need something less expensive, you can go to Structube, but the quality is not the same. And in my personal experience, even more expensive is Germain Larivière... many choices but too much for my budget.

they have some good stuff, and the sales service was good, the problem is the after sales, The client service said it will repair my damaged floor, but it's non follow up, no one replies to any emails. so two stars.

The after sale service is horrible.The 6000$ dining room chairs we bought, are very nice.Unfortunately we had to wait 8 months to receive them. (Two months later than promised)One of the chairs is the wrong size. We’ve been waiting close to a year for them to replace it. They don’t follow up, don’t return calls.I don’t think I’ll buy from them again.Terrible service
