We have always been treated with courtesy and respect, feeling part of an inclusive and safe environment. My daughter loves and enjoy going to every Karate class and learn life skills that give her confidence while staying healthy. Besides learning Karate and self defense, she has learned about nutrition, mental health, street safety, compassion, respect, honor, courtesy, discipline and drive. As a parent, CMAC DAPO gives me all I want for my daughter's personal development. A fantastic martial arts school that teaches values, life lessons, and independence. We don't watch our kids while they are in the classroom in elementary school—we can't distract them by being there. My experience with this school is that they have shown the utmost courtesy and respect to me and my family. They have really tried to consider us. They offer make up classes which you can't get anywhere else. Sensei is one of the most knowledgeable instructors around and to benefit from this knowledge requires an investment in time. What will you really get if you only do something for one month? Believe the many people, parents, and students who benefit from this dojo and not someone who has never trained martial arts or has not been there long enough to know what this school is really about.

Adult Karate lessons... so glad I joined. I wanted to get fit and learn something new. The instructors are very experienced and are excellent teachers. The self defense knowledge is so valuable at any age. It's a friendly environment and well worth it.

Our son is 7 and he goes to there almost 5 months. We like this place. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My son likes these karate lessons and after each he smiles. Especially he loves instructor Ms. Rhoderiezl C. Samson. Moreover, if for some reason we miss classes, we can go on other days in addition and the money does not disappear. Thanks to the team for their work.

Just recently enrolled my 5 year old son here, so far a great experience. The instructors are great with the children and the dojo itself is clean and organized. Prices are good and being able to pay by the month without being locked in for a whole year is fantastic. The fact that they have Sunday classes was a huge reason we enrolled our son here even though it's a bit of a drive from where we live. My only gripe would be that the viewing area is quite small for parents to watch their children. You have to look through a medium sized window that peeks into the private office and again though glass doors to see a portion of the training area, and if there are a lot of children in the class, you may not be able to see your child depending where they are situated in class. It's also difficult to watch should there be other parents watching too as there isn't much space. As a parent of a new student, I don't need to watch every class however I would like to watch his first few classes just to get a sense how he's enjoying it. Just a small gripe, otherwise a fantastic experience overall so far.

This school has been my home since I was 6 (I’m 18 now), yet the more I train the more I realize the training never ends, which is a testament to Sensei’s level and depth of skill.Without martial arts I don’t know where I’d be today. Everyone genuinely cares, and the classical approach ensures that the only competition is against myself. They brought me up with an understanding of courtesy and respect, which is the most important lesson I’ve been taught.This is a great place to learn martial arts for everyone. Come try a class!

I've been going here for the last 7 years and, its been a great experience. I've gotten some of my volunteer hours here. The staff have all seen me grow and mature. The students, volunteers, and staff are great people to be around. It's a great place to earn volunteer hours, learn karate, and make new friends. The staff are always super nice, no matter what day. If I go to karate in a bad mood, once my class is over I'll be smiling in a great mood, because of the staff, students and lessons. The stuff you learn, will most likely help you if you need it. This is a great place for anyone who would like to learn karate or learn how to defend themselves. 10/10

The instructors are all very knowledgeable & passionate. Both their Karate & Arnis programs are amazing & highly recommended.

The environment inside the class is very dynamic. Each person is individually evaluated and taught based on its strength and weaknesses. If you are into sparring or interested in competitions, just let Sensei or instructor know and they will guide you in that direction.Personally I first enrolled my brother in youth class to get him more physically active and soon learned that the classes are definitely more than karate drills. Sensei Bassels has wealth of knowledge in not only martial arts but also music, arts and in general how human beings operate.Highly recommend Sensei Bassels and his team
