Awesome experience at Broadstreet! Maitenance is so quick and helpful and the manager Georgia is awesome and responds so quickly.

Great onsite manager. Maintenance of unit was quick. Complex was well maintained.Highly recommend Cypress Gardens.If we ever return to Saskatoon would definitely return here.

Clean place but terrible customer service

Well its winter no shoveling of side walks ever gets done! The parking lot got plowed but they never towed any vehicles that blocked the cleaners path to do a good job and piled all the snow in the visitors stalls so makes it very hard to have anyone come visit cause they have to park a km away very unorganized place!!

First I move in during winter, the heater barely worked and took them a week to come fix it second summer came along and the Ac didn’t work emailed them and no response and kept emailing. I eventually had to fix it myself. When I went to move out I left a few weeks before and mentioned that I wouldn’t be back for a while and they send a letter saying they are inspecting the apartment with or without me there. I never got an email saying it or a phone call or text, just a letter in the mail. They have been unresponsive whenever I email or call them and I highly recommend any people wanting to rent off them be warned it is an over priced apartment and the management doesn’t care about privacy. You are better renting in alphabet city

Absolutely love Cypress Gardens! Broadstreet makes sure you are looked after. The building is always being cleaned. Fantastic building manager and maintenance team!! Biggest bonus is they are completely pet friendly and even have a fenced dog area for your four legged friends. Things have been hard with a pandemic but you can see the team is trying their best to make everyone feel safe. Biggest thing I can say is if your request was missed for something just communicate with the team again.
