I bought this product on a whim, mainly because I figured the price of the program was less than one call to a lawyer - so why not!As a realtor, it's a tremendous asset for me to have legal advice at the tip of my fingertips to better advise my clients as well as help myself with wording for complex deals. I was pleasantly surprised at not only the quick response time, but also the informative and in-depth advice I received. As a business owner, it gives me a lot of peace of mind to have this level of legal advice and guidance just a phone call away.All in all, I would highly recommend this service! And in fact, HAVE recommended it to many realtor friends as well business owners. Without hesitation, I will be renewing my subscription when this one is coming up for renewal.

I wasn’t sure what to expect - the saying goes “you get what you pay for” and I thought at only $60 for the year this would not be what was advertised. I was wrong. I called and booked my time to speak with a lawyer. When she called me back we were able to work through my questions in about 25 minutes. She was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to speak to.The number has been added to my contact list and I will be calling again if I need to.

I called and booked a time to speak with a lawyer and he called me back right at the scheduled time. I had a few concerns that I needed advice for regarding Henson trust and guardianship for my special needs child. He was able to help me out rather quickly and I actually spoke to him again as I had forgotten to ask about something in the original phone call.Great customer service and easy to understand. The lawyer spoke to me in regular language and made things easy to understand.

The lawyer I spoke to was very vague and did not seem confident with his advice. I am sure what he told me was accurate but I felt he was very wishy-washy" with his answers.I am not confident about continuing this service.Disappointed."

This service keeps on getting better and better! To my surprise I was informed today when I called in with a Covid-19 government grant question for my client, that someone from the HR legal team would give me a call back...didn't even know they offered HR advice. To be honest, as a Bookkeeper my specialty is not payroll:) but I try to stay as informed as possible with small business payroll related questions. Having this service at my fingertips is absolutely amazing!!Thank you MFL for adding this to your services, game changer!
