The absolute best establishment in Perth Andover, and something not to be missed! Fresh locally brewed coffee and beer. A wonderful atmosphere filled with beautiful friendly people, and fantastic live music with food truck onsite for bigger events. Cant wait to go back

I have always enjoyed going to the Tobique brewing company to watch my fiancé preform music. But due to inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour from of staff/owner during an event, we will not be returning. I have always been able to joke and let loose with staff but this night was different… when I turned up the music on the iPod displayed on the stand, trying to create a dance like atmosphere that I have always experienced there, I was told to “turn it down or the lights will turn off.” This remark was upsetting to say the least but I brushed it off and went outside to drink a brew as friends as we had just purchased drink tickets. When I returned inside, the music was up and the lights were in fact still on, and I playfully flipped the bartender off and said “what’s up with that?” I have had had playful banter with staff before, but once I realized he was not having it, I asked what was going on.. at which point he screamed in front of the brewery full of people that my friend was not welcome there, by name several times. This was my friends first time in this establishment and it’s clear that they did not take my joking so nicely because they were upset I brought her. Why you may ask? Personal issues a staff member has with her because my friend dated her ex husband. This is a small community, and they have shown that if a staff member does not like you, they will lose all professionalism and scream you are not welcome to the entire bar. To make matters worse, they did not tell my friend she was not welcome here prior and waited until she was outside to slander her name. When they were called out online for such behaviour, their public response was “We cannot tolerate disruptive and disrespectful behaviour that jeopardizes this customer experience or the health and well-being of our customers and employees...” Now, they may not have taken offence to the actions I did that night, but that is not relevant nor does it excuse the way they discriminated my friend when she was not present. A heads up to Tobique river trading co, if you do not want someone in your establishment, take them aside personally and tell them upon entry.

Excellent place to see some live music and the people here were amazing

This is one of those rare places that I’d happily go far out of my way in order to visit again.The beer was exceptional, and despite being mostly skewed towards IPA’s, were all very easy to drink and not crazy hoppy. Their most popular beer, ‘The Old Highway’, is a light ale and was particularly good.I went at a slightly random time of the day and so it was just me there, but it meant I got to meet one of the owners who was super cool. I sadly wasn’t able to get back there for the evening, but they play live music on Friday’s and Saturday’s which sounds like a fun evening

Always such a warm and friendly atmosphere! Great place to meet all of the friendly townspeople. All of the craft beer and coffee is delicious and made with pride right there. I have to utmost respect for all the people who work and go there.Everyone is always happy and the place is always filled with laughter and music. After all we have been through it is a privilege to have such an awesome place to reconnect.

Everything you could want in a local pub and coffee shop. Warm, inviting and friendly.
