Homeless people in the drive thru line up. Harassing you. I was being polite to buddy, I did buy him a fry... but in his body language he was about to either a) grab my arm... b)grab the cash from my hand... luckily I can quickly defuse these situations. I hope you aren't harassed going through the line up like me.

June 6th 10:30pm A&W on Lasalle, I ordered a mozza burger wrapped in lettuce and fries with seasoning. Got the fries with no seasoning on them but that's not the worst part.I woke up in the morning and started getting symptoms of FOOD POISONING. the next 2 days were full of diarrhea, painful stomach cramps, fever, nausea and being very weak and it hasn't stopped yet. I knew the burger tasted different than normal. But I didn't think anything like this would happen. Will no longer be eating here.

I eat breakfast here once or twice a month. The restaurant is very clean, service is excellent and food is great. You can't beat their price for breakfast. All in all much better and much cleaner than other food chains open at 7 AM.

Man do you people not know what plain burger means?! How hard is it not to put anything but cheese on it?! You know people have allergies to things most people eat everyday?! Going to corporate with this and this location. One too many times now.

My daughter came here for lunch today and came back home crying, CRYING!! Because the lady that was serving her in the front was very rude and mean to her because she didn’t understand something. It was a lady with dyed red hair and piercings. I’m so so disappointed and angry!!! No costumer should be treated this way! I’ll be contacting the manager and restaurant board. She should have punishment or get fired for treating my daughter this way!

I use to come in fairly often. It’s been a while. But this was the only time something was off. I’m pretty sure someone had spicy wasabi for lunch and didn’t wash thier hands, because my mushroom buger had the overwhelming taste of spicy wasabi. It was hard to enjoy my meal with the overwhelming wasabi flavour in my burger. Not sure how that got there.

Not the nicest looking A&W I've been to, and the drive through is very small and inconvenient to navigate throughTheir coffee in general is actually heavily underrated! Organic and brewed perfectly every time with plenty of flavorThe foods always good here, not a fan of the chubby chicken but everything else is on parStaff are always super friendly when I come to this location

Placed an order on skip for pick upGot there told me they don't have my order, bye. Ireached out to skip, they told me A&W was responsible since its a pick up. I go back in, magically later they found my order. It took 30 mins to get a burger and onion rings

We have tried through skip and going there both service sucks! I have low sodium levels so we tend to order there and ask for extra seasoning on the fries for a bit of boost.... every single time I end up with no seasoning salt I have left complaints on skip before and today we went directly there... I also ordered crispy bacon both were on there receipt yet both are not there again!!
