These guys of Azza exceeded my expectation the first time a neighbour of mine referred me to them. They truly know their trade. They diligently fixed my truck since then they have gained my trust and they now fix all our domestic and commercial trucks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trust worthy and reliable mechanic who is pocket friendly but doesn’t compromise the service. I can’t say enough about their great service on numerous occasions I have been there. Good job Azza.

Outstanding service. Called about an O2 sensor issue, and possible alternator failure. Drove it over and two technicians came out and looked over the engine and tested for codes.Had a pleasant interaction, all questions were answered and was given the confidence to tackle the repair myself. Will definitely be back for any bigger jobs, if needed!

The guys there are well informed and really good at what they do. Overall great place to get my car worked on and serviced.

To many good things to say! Everyone here was beyond helpful and actually cared about me as an individual. They went above and beyond to help me find the best prices within my budget. They even made sure I felt safe in my car before leaving and even called to check in on me a day later. I would highly recommend them, it is hard to find such a caring and honest mechanic shop these days! I will definitely be using them again!

The place was okay until I asked for a professional copy of the invoice. When asked, they yelled at me and said that they were doing us a favour by not giving an actual invoice. I’ve had nothing but issues after I went there and was charged close to $2000 for minor repairs. Took my car to another shop and was charged less for the exact same problems. I would not recommend going here at all unless you want to get yelled at for asking for an invoice stating what they did on your car

I own a 2002 BMW X5, the mechanics take good of it. Abu is a great guy.

I have been to Azza Automotive three times in total.First experience was great, I had just bought a used car, and brought it to Azza to have the steering rack changed. They were able to do the job for much less than any shop I had contacted.The second time I went was also pleasant, but it was to fix an issue that was caused when they had changed my steering rack - it was a quick visit, about 20 minutes, they had to tighten some bolts in the subframe from when they had made the repair.My third time, which will be my last, was Yesterday (Oct. 12, 2022) I had to bring my car in to be diagnosed. They found that my wheel bearing was in need of repair - they had the time so they were able to order my part and do the repair same day - initially they said the repair would take about 2 hours (their hourly rate is $100/hour) and cost about $200 for labour. About 30 minutes later the receptionist told me they were going to need to bill me for 2.5 hours, so I figured it was going to take longer than expected. After being there for 1.5 hours total (from 1:30pm-3:00pm) they were taking my car for a test drive and I was able to go pay at the desk. I was glad they were done so quickly, since I was just sitting around waiting, and also I'd save some money. The receptionist told me my total and I asked for breaks breakdown, and it ended up being the cost of the parts and 2.5 hours of labour (despite my car only being at the shop for 1.5 hours). I didn't argue as I just wanted my car fixed, but I am definitely not going to be returning. They definitely took advantage of the emergency situation, and billed me extra labour.
