Cam Clark Ford Richmond

Last week I was in town for a hockey game and came into Cam Clark Ford looking for a SUV we see on Auto Trader for my wife. We seen a car during the walk around that we had wanted for years. After a quick test drive and a very easy low pressure sales posses we made a deal and drove home in the best dam car we have ever owned. Thank you to all the sales and business office staff for 5 star top notch customer service. Our Golden's River and Cedar approve as well.

Great team, would highly recommend to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. They laid out all the options for us but didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision. They also made sure that we were getting the best vehicle for our lifestyle! When it came time for finances Daniel was very thorough and got us the rate we hoped for as well as all the benefits and options we could add. Thanks again!!

Sharing my experience, as I hope no one else repeats my mistake.When I purchased my truck, not all the signed contract documents were provided in my purchase package. When I refinance for a lower interest rate 5 months later, I made sure to go through my purchase package/ check with bank to verify there were no penalties. However, I got a call up from the dealer about 1 month in that I was liable for a $5000 penalty because I paid out the vehicle within 6 months. First off, it was refinanced and not paid out, and when asked why I wasn't given a copy of the signed addendum, they told me it was an 'internal' document. The car loan is between me and the bank only, I don't get why the dealership has anything to do with it; the bank auto loan contract outlines no such penalty, this penalty was shrewdly placed as an addendum to the purchase contract and I wasn't given a copy of it. I did double-check with the bank, and they confirm there is no such commission/ penalty to the dealer, loan is open-ended and purely between me and the bank.However, I did sign the addendum and was too trusting to assume a copy of all signed documents would have been provided to me, it's a painful lesson learned. Aside from this issue with finance, the large markup I had to pay to keep my reservation, my ford pass points mysteriously disappearing have raised many questions in my mind about their credibility.This has scarred my impression of Cam Clark Richmond, but it doesn't really matter to a high-volume dealership anyway.

Huge thank you to Kenny, Jerome and Daniel for there help in getting me into my 2022 Ford F-350. They made sure everything was good to go before I flew in to see it. Kenny even picked me up from the airport which was awesome. Jerome and Kenny remained transparent throughout the whole process which is hard to find in a dealership. This is my first truck from Cam Clark but definitely not my last, Thanks again!!!

My fiancée and I recently purchased a car from this dealership and the entire experience was awesome. We would certainly deal with them again.Since our first purchase we have purchased several vehicles from Cam Clark Richmond. Its always the same from sales to service this place gets it right every time. I will always be a loyal customer when I need a new vehicle for work or fun. 6/1/23

The showroom was a lot smaller than I had expected. The salesperson who helped us was neither friendly nor helpful. We were interested in a specific vehicle that happened to be in their parking lot. It was locked so we were looking from the outside. The windows were tinted, so it was hard to get an idea of what the inside looked like and the salesperson just stood near us quietly. They didn't offer to get the key so we could check out the inside. They didn't bother to share the selling points of this particular car - they just quietly stood on the side, with their arms crossed. When we did ask a few questions to gain more information on the car, they just replied with very short answers. We left shortly after and have decided to go forward with another dealership. This was the only dealership at the Richmond Auto Mall where we were not greeted with a salesperson who genuinely wanted to help us find a car that best suited our needs. Would not recommend to folks looking to buy a car.

I brought my brand-new truck in for its first oil change and was less than happy with the outcome. (Dipstick not put in after change) Management did go out of their way to make sure all the problems were rectified and I was happy. I just got my truck back from its second oil change and everything was great. The truck was done in a reasonable time and was washed and ready for me. Came with a detailed report of everything that was checked on the truck. Also Cam Clark service department is a fraction of the time to get in for an appointment over other Ford dealerships in the past couple years.

Chris, Daniel, and Betty were all great to deal with. Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful experience but this purchase was easy and painless. Chris was especially great at keeping in touch and was always quick to answer my calls and emails... even after the sale. Thank you, Cam Clark Richmond team!
