We came for Dr. GHEORGHE who we read online was an amazing pediatrician but when we arrived it was aDr.Shahid. The appointment started over an hour late and the office had no AC. Hard to keep a newborn happy for that long. The doctor did not have any bedside manner with our newborn. Not engaging nor did she take anytime to explain or go through important items with us as new parents. The shots she was giving she ran through quickly. I had to ask her to slow down and explain each to us. This was important for us to understand and dont imagine other parents not wanting to understand what's being injected and why into their child.She read a list off of her computer screen as if it was a checklist for items to go over. It really seemed like she didn't even want to be there. And not that it matters but I will note her attire was not professional with patterned tights and sparkly platforms.In my work office we are not even allowed to wear tights as it is represented as too casual. Her hair was not tied back and kept falling onto our baby.The cherry was getting a call after we left that WE forgot our immunization card? I didn't even know we needed one to forget it. They forgot to give us and tell us about our immunization card. I asked they fax to my GP because you can't even pay me to go back here for any reason.

Was playing phone tag the last few days since I work nights. Called today finally got a hold of someone, receptionist was very short and rude and said she couldn't book me In because they called 3 times already they sent the referral back. I was confused and questioned how many times they called me because on my phone record I only had 1 calls and voice message was left and actually myself had left 2 voice messages this was my 3rd time calling and she said not to argue with her when I questioned it then she proceeded to hang up on me when I was trying to restate my question.Was left in shock as I got hung up for asking a question by someone who was suppost to help me... will ask my doctor to be referred elsewhere

Dr. Stircu and her staff are excellent. Normally, appointments are on time. Best family doctor I have dealt with. My entire family (2 adults and 4 kids) sees her. Have never head anything but positive feedback from all.

Doctor Cristina Stîrcu is a wonderful and skilled doctor. We live 70 kms away yet we still prefer to keep her as our family doctor. She shows compassion and patience and by far she is the very best doctor I had the chance to visit.

Wonderful Dr. and staff. Occasionally end up waiting a bit, but that is pretty standard for any health professional. Very accommodating and helpful.

Dr Stircu has been our family doctor for many years now. She has an amazing bedside manner, very nice, patient, a great listener. She's sent us to a specialist when there was a need. I would definitely recommend her and her practice. A++++

I’ve been coming here since I was 18 and always got the best medical service from Dr. Christina Stircu and her lovely front desk staff. I live in London now and still drive to Milton to go see her as she’s the best and so is her team. I always look forward to my doctor appointments, I always feel welcomed and love seeing everyone when I go in person.

Amazing doctor, great staff! Very caring, very professional, very knowledgeable. Wait time can be over 30 min sometimes, but it's only because she actually spends time with her patients and really cares about people. Reception staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Dr stircu is the best, very smart, she always listen carefully to my concerns, we all in my family love her.The front desk crew is amazing, they have such a great friendly attitude, making everything so easy.

Tried to enter the walk in clinic at 4pm on a Thursday. I was completely ignored by the two receptionists. They were busy at first with patients, but when there weren't anymore, they would continue to ignore me and just complain to each other about the person they just talked to on the phone. I was in a great amount of pain and I ended up just leaving to try andfand another doctor.
