We tried the beef sub (#1 on subs menu) and lemongrass chicken sub (#3) and had hot chocolate & hot hazelnut milk. Everything was tasty. The breads of subs were fresh and we loved that the subs are not filled with sauces. It feels like eating home-made stuff.The restaurant isn’t busy if you look to dine-in. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

I ordered the lemongrass tofu sandwich and it was just OK. There wasn't a lot of tofu and the toppings of carrot, cucumber, cilantro, and jalepeno didn't add much to the sandwich. No taste of lemongrass either because the mayo/sauce, which isn't mentioned on the menu, is really overpowering.I assumed the lemongrass tofu option would be vegan and I should've confirmed before ordering, but I have my doubts.

Best ice coffee in St. John’s hands down . A MUST for ice coffee lovers . I’ve had Ice coffee in coffee shops all across Canada mainly in Vancouver and Montreal and this ice coffee bet them all literally so good .EDIT :::::: i NEED to update! i genuinely at least once a week for the last 6 months get a #1 all topping and i cannot express how AMAZING it is! like i am addicted to this all my friends know i talk about it all the time i’ve made at least 5 people go try it . and you should too! i got one 3 days ago and all i can think about rn is getting another . i’ve had this probably 30+ times and i can literally only remember one timeit wasn’t good and everywhere has bad days . cannot express my love for this enough . i’ve tried both pork ones and the beef is still my fav! haven’t tried the others tho! this is my one money vice lol i can’t stop myself!

Fantastic Sandwiches. In house made bread is Soft, Light and fluffy. Tried a few subs and all had the perfect amount of butter and marinade. Moist and delicious. Iced coffee and Boba drinks are hard to find…not any more. Great value for what you get. They have plenty of seating to dine in. Check them out!

Second time here, both times were excellent.Great staff, fast service and lots of seating to dine in. 3 Sisters is a delicious take on the traditional submarine sandwich.They start out with a nice lightly toasted bun and give you a choice of sirloin steak, marinated pork, grilled lemongrass chicken, lemongrass tofu, grilled Vietnamese sausage or assorted cold cuts.Most sandwiches are hot with toppings of pickled shredded carrots, onion, cucumber, jalapenos and cilantro topped off with a garlic based sauce.I've had the steak and the pork sandwiches, and they were both incredible.Price points are very reasonable at $9.99 for any sandwich ordered in house, slightly more ($11.99) on Skip the Dishes, great value at either point of purchase.Bottom line; 3 Sisters Vietnamese Subs is a keeper and it delivers on all levels!

Amazing banh-mi!!! My fave is the beef sate. Family from out of town claims it is better than the banh-mi’s in the largest cities in the country. Quick friendly service, delicious, great value.

Sirloin Safe Beef Sub was good. Bread was very good. Wasn't a lot of beef in it and the sauce was interesting (like a garlic butter). Lots of carrots but didn't seem like there was a ton of other toppings put in it. Brown Sugar Boba Tea was good. Service was very fast and the lineup was long but it went by quickly.
