No stress caulking | Home repairs and Siding installation in Ottawa

Caulking work on exterior of home was very poorly done and not completed after full payment.Owner is very nice but does not fulfill his commitment to fix the problem. Broken promises to redo the work, never shows up when promised, does not return calls.Almost $2000 down the drain. Do not waste your money and time on this company.

Very disappointed with this company. Sales rep came out and offered different colour types of caulking and promised to vacuum vents. Owner took a down payment and left. After that, they rarely returned calls, and when they did show up more than 6 weeks later, it was last minute during cold weather. Had to ask them to remove old caulking, which they then said cost extra. Then they did not clean vents and did very poor quality work. In late December they stopped returning calls to finish caulking on one vent and to add the cage. Promised many times but never delivered. I am aware of another customer who will never use them again. I will be telling everyone now I know to stay away from this company as they only want your money but won't do the work.

Over promised, over priced and under delivered. Francis promises the moon and fails to deliver. I paid a lot of money for messy and incomplete work. I would be very careful before hiring Steve and Francis. Nice guys, but don't deliver a quality product, see for yourself. I called Francis 3 different times asking hime to come back , he promised, but basically lied and never showed up. I'm sorry I hired these guys.

Job was done quickly but was sloppy . Cost was better than other companies.

We were very pleased with Steve, Francis and the young lads. Work was quickly, quietly and neatly done. They were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. We would use the again with no hesitation. Great family-owned business!

Full external caulking and minor parging done. Francis, Steve & Yan were great, they explained everything really well, showed up on time and the work is great. Happy to recommend No Stress Caulking.
