After several years of waiting, I finally pulled the trigger on a Kamado Joe. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable to get me on my way. The delivery guys were extremely friendly, making the long awaited day to be filled with excitement.

To be honest I was a little apprehensive to walk into the store as it is overwhelming with all the models and options. However the service is absolutely delightful. There is no pressure of up selling and they are there to find the right product for your budget. The delivery was on time and seamless. Very professional and courteous. They had the unit prebuilt and it was setup and ready to go within minutes. Definitely what a customer experience should be like.

It is all about Customer Service, and BBQ Galore has that perfected ! Recently purchased a Broil King BBQ from the Oakville Location, staff was very knowledgeable, were very patient in helping us decide which BBQ was right for us. Made the purchase, received a call the next day top schedule gas line install and delivery of BBQ. Gas line installed, BBQ came fully assembled, I had forgotten to order an extension cable for Gas Line. No Problem, Paul and Kent quickly came to the rescue. 2 Days later the team arrived with the extension cable, installed it and I was up and running. Excellent experience through out, the follow up service, in particular Paul, was outstanding. They have my business for life, no one can compare.

Awesome store!! I bought my Napoleon BBQ from this location back in 2014 and its been fantastic!!!I did need to get a new thermometer for it on this visit, so, I'd like to give many thanks to Connor for his personable, professional service!He made sure I got the right part the first time!

I had such a wonderful experience! I bought a barbecue from this same store 15 years ago. We needed parts. The associates there treated me like royalty and only sold me what I needed. I run a large retail box in Oakville ,so I really value amazing service. I highly recommend this store,you can trust them!

My visit and experience at this store was nothing but amazing! I was overwhelmed by the choices of BBQs but after an hour, maybe two, I made my decision to buy the Napoleon Prestige Phantom Pro 500. Lots of helpful advice was provided pros and cons of each bbq! I need to visit again there is so much more than BBQs!
