I've been going to Aveda Institute & Academy Salon for 10 years and counting.... haircuts & balayage (Souad) body care (Oyo & Fanny, the whole staff Amazing! ❤️). facials, massages (by Katarzyna) waxing, pedicures... I've had it all. I've never been to any other spots in Montréal, since I am simply satisfied with the service here. I feel comfortable, at easy, not rushed. This is where I go to feel at one with my body. Yes a massage or body scrub can do that to someone, working in a high stress environment. Thank you for the staff at Aveda Institute for your care. MERCI!!!

Been here 3 times. Haircuts are OK, customer service is awful.If you're available between 11am - 4pm to pay $70 and patiently deal with their front desk staff while they figure out how to use their systems, this place is for you.If you feel that $70 (+tip!) warrants customer service that goes above and beyond and offers flexibility to your 9-5 working schedule without charging a no-show" fee
