Tim and his crew were excellent. I am overwhelmed by how beautiful the 100-year-old floors turned out. We did have to do a lot of prep work before the team showed up, but it was justifiable. They have now redone the old floors throughout the entire house in two phases; we started in 3/4 of the floor plan and just finished the final 1/4. The finishes match perfectly and we could not be happier. Thank you, Tim!

Did an amazing job restoring my original wood floors. Andrew and Levi were very polite and informative, and did a fantastic job restoring the floors. I'm very pleased with the results! Including some before and after photos to show the wear and how they looked after (the lighter, natural color).

We recently had Mr. Natural replaced some carpeting in two bedrooms of our home with oak hardwood flooring! This was after they previously, several years ago, placed oak flooring in my hallway and master bedroom! They did a beautiful job! The crew, Jake & Ted, were hard workers! They came in sized up the job and proceeded to complete the work! They were very punctual, considerate and talented! The price is reasonable for the tough job of refinishing real wood floors. He set up a job date and they were booked a few weeks out, which is understandable. The original date was kept and our floor was totally transformed. The guys did EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK! They kept us informed of the progress and gave us all the necessary information needed for the floor finish to cure. We are amazed and very happy with our new" floor! Tim seemed very knowledgable when he came to give us an estimate. The cost seemed reasonable. I haven't seen the floors in person yet, only pictures. I am in Indiana and the floors are in two 90 year old cottages in Michigan.

When doing work on a historic mansion, selecting a master tradesperson is critical. Finding such a person, however, can be daunting. Not being experts in what's involved in the floor refinishing process, we almost fell into the trap of having 'sandless' work done. We will be forever grateful to Tim and his team for helping us avoid that. Our initial consultation happened shortly after reaching out, and they were able to commit to our future scheduling needs (and stick with it). During a final walkthrough prior to the work being done, Tim provided the very important extra layer of confidence that we wouldn't be irreversibly damaging the floors, and the references we'd checked backed that up.Andrew and Matt, his on-site team, were easy to work with, meticulous in their sanding, leaving virtually no dust in the building, and taking care to cover things that might be effected. It was quickly clear that we could trust them. They stuck to the schedule, communicated constantly, involved us in any decisions that needed to be made, and were overall great guys to work with.As they say, though, a picture speaks a thousand words. The floors went from being historically interesting and important to ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.
