Came here for a service got here at 11 o’clock they have no waiting room it is now going on to 1 o’clock and I have been sitting outside waiting for my truck I’m going to be asking my boss if there is another location I do not want to come back here

Becareful for this shop !!! I left my truck to check for leaking oil, after 3 working days. My bills was $190 parts, but labors $1700 dollars.

I was experiencing a few problems with my freightliner flatbed truck and I took it here for repairs. I’ve been here multiple times and they always fix everything I need, on top of having excellent customer service. Mark in particular has excellent knowledge in trucking and the perfect temperament. I recently had a water pump failure on my 2004 kw w900l with a c15 cat. With a driver scheduled to fly in and drive it back to Florida on Saturday. I got the truck to them on Wednesday morning. With an already booked shop they managed to squeeze me in today. The tech rocked the repair out today and it was ready for pick up when I arrived at 5pm today. My hats off to mark and tony for being accommodating and getting this done in a timely fashion. Mark and tony, The tech that did the job and all the other staff I spoke to were all spot on professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend metro truck Caledonian as the go to place for heavy truck repairs. I cannot thank them enough for their help. You guys rock. Cheers.

These people they barely have parts just simple things they don't carry light bulbs for trucks any other parts ask for it oh don't have oh sry that's the answer back from them lol

Absolutely hated the service, waited for over 15 mins before I was told they didn't have the product I was looking for. The guy was just sitting there on the front desk typing away and didn't acknowledge a customer was standing there. The most horrible horrible customer service.
