Marigold Hotel

Booked hotel and when I reached after long drive I was told the heat isn’t working . They offered the refund though but it was annoying at the time… no class at all

I had reservation for July 3: Confirmation #7752715, Expedia Iterinary #72542481798803. But to my horror, it had a fence around the hotel with no sign that it was closed and under contruction.The hotel did not have the courtsey and neither did Expedia to inform me about. I did not think anything like it would happen in Canada. I was shocked to learn that something like this could happen in Canada,Terribly disappointed!!!!!!

It's okay. Drapes have a hole in it. There's a couple of holes in the wall. It's what I expected for the price. Leaking faucet, constant dripping sound from the toilet. Only amenities was a bar of soap. Bath tub had chipped enamel. Mold on the tub grout. Counter by microwave needs to be cleaned. Bathroom fan doesn't work. Had to place a towel in the sink and shut the bathroom door to reduce the constant dripping sounds. No glass to have a drink of water, no maid service. Security walks the hallways which is nice. 24 hour front desk again that's nice No breakfast. Transit 30 second walk from main entrance. No restaurant, no phones in rooms To get to 4th floor you get off on 5 and take the stairs. Elevator on 6 is not level with the floor and you have to press open button otherwise the doors don't open on 6.

Never ever book this place, this is a horrible place, dirty, smoke and pot smell everywhere. And air conditioner doesn’t work it was hot as hell. I didn’t stayed there for 15 minutes and asked them for my refund they never returned my money for 2 nights. This is such horrible place, sheets was torn had holes in them, and dirty some sort of stains everywhere and curtains had holes in them. Do not recommend it. This should be shutdown.

Bed sheets smelly and dirtyIt looks like the building is falling apart and the staff is there to keep it from actually falling down by improvising with wood and nails.

Can you give this negative stars? The room had stains on the ceiling which looked like blood spatter, stains all over the carpets. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was falling apart. The hallways were filthy, as well as the entrance. Worst place I have walked into. Please save yourself the trouble of having to get a refund and Don't book here.

Worst hotel you will ever visit. This place is full of dirtiness and looks like building can break any time . Its a dangerous building which should be demolished .

Worst hotel we ever went. I don't suggest you to go to this hotel anytime because it's even worst than trash. You should enjoy your life and not be destroying your environment. WORST PLACE, YOU WILL DIE IN THE ROOMS IF YOU SEE THESE KIND OF HOLES AND FULL TOILET MOVEMENT.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a very bad experience...the reception staff are friendly...the room service is poor, the cleanliness is not there, the electricity went out for 5 hours. The rooms are dirty and the bed cover has been used before.. It was a terrible experience.. knowing that the hotel's location is excellent in terms of services, but it should be demolished and a better hotel should be built. I wouldn't recommend it to my enemies.. I'd rather stay on the street than in that hotel

WORST WORST WORST!!!This building should SHUT DOWN ASAP.The staff is rediculous.. this hotel is scary as hell. Cant stay there for more than 10 minutes. They didn’t give me refund back but who cares about money if i can still run away from this haunted place.
