Maybe this is just a small shop? Not much more than a selection of track suit/sweat pants and jackets, in four or five different colours. Good quality, for sure, but not much in the way of range.

This is a tough one to review because I actually love the product, but everything in there is outrageously overpriced. They have the potential to have massive amounts of clientele if they lowered their prices to something affordable.

I loved it because of the friendly and knowledgable assistance from the sales agents in the store, especially Emma Ward who gave valuablen information to me which made me decide to exchange the bag I was returning for one that suited me better and also let me know I could have my name engraved kn my new bag, which I agreed to do. Thanks very much Enma and thank you Roots for your splendid collection of bags, purses and wallets among other things .

This review is for roots in general, not store specific. My Junction boots broke after it hit the 6 months mark - I use it for work and i work a desk job. They offered me store credit or exchange but there is no boots in their line :( so now I am out $200 and have to come up with that money to go somewhere else as I need boots for work. They won’t give me a refund even after I insisted.

Roots deserves 5 stars not only for their products but also for the costumer service. I just bought a baseball cap from this location, store clerk very kind and efficient, feel like she deserves a mention. Thanks again

Love roots and all the staff were very friendly and helpful here. Always asking if we needed help and after I got out the change room they put my stuff at cash while I was looking around after with my husband.

Good selections of clothes, very cozy store but not the customer service. Staff saw us then ignored us when we needed to checkout, literally have to ask them to help us. Then got home found out they didn’t even take out the security tag for my shirt.

Dear Roots. I love your brand and as a Canadian, would LOVE to sport a home grown brand. Sadly this store makes it very difficult as customer service is nonexistent and very dismissive.I went to exchange a product that had a defect but was turned away since I didn't have a receipt by a male staff. In comparison, your Robson store took care of me by asking for my information and looked into the system.
