Mariel is a caring and attentive professional. She was always able to calm my nervous system during the session and adjust her touch as needed. After the sessions I felt lighter and moving was easier. Her guidance and work helped me to develop body awareness and improve my relationship with my own self. I highly recommend Mariel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and empathetic Rolfer.

I've been to 2 sessions with Mariel so far and they have been incredible experiences. She is helping me treat back pain that I have been having for over 6 years now. I am loving her holistic approach and all the insights she has provided me. I always leave feeling better (mentally & physically) and more educated. The sessions never feel short or rushed. She does an incredible job of communicating with me as the sessions progress. She asks insightful questions that I never would have thought about on my own. Mariel has miracle hands - gentle, warm, soft, and powerful when needed. Can't wait for my next session!

Mariel has a way of connecting with her clients which makes her such a wonderful Rolfer. It is through this connection that she is able to understand what you are feeling in your body and works with you to help ease what ever issues you may have. She truly is invested in your healing journey and it shows. I would recommend adding Mariel as one of your primary health practitioners.
