Very courteous staff. They are booking a bit out, which is the case with most shops but they are worth the wait. Very good pricing and customer service. I actually had brakes and a muffler done which was just like in their title and they are pros!

Called up on Friday, dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up repaired on Tuesday. I am extremely happy with the work done at a very reasonable price. Everyone was so friendly, these guys are just awesome!

Extremely affordable quoted me almost 30% cheaper then where i was originally going to. Super helpful/friendly staff feels like a family there. They Did the repairs super quickly so I could have my car for the weekend.

I got a muffler delete on my 350z and it sounded great. The cost was the best out of every shop I went to, and he even told me I can come back and he could put on a exhaust tip that I have for no charge

I brought my 1985 cutlass project car in for dual exhaust, they took a week to install it when it should have only took a couple of hours, but that’s because they couldn’t find the proper part needed to do the job properly, another shop probably would have mickey moused it together to get it done, not these guys, they did it properly and perfectly.thanks for the great service, and sorry for taking up your bay for so long. My rear brake pads, on the rear passenger side were grinding and the car was not really drivable. When I went in to make an appt. they were incredibly busy and got me in asap. Went to pick up the car and they bent over backwards to help me . I am so impressed with customer service there. these guys ROCK!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Budget Brake and Muffler when I purchased a used van that needed quite a few repairs. Their price and overall service was unmatched. All of the staff I dealt with werehonest, down to earth and knowledgeable.They made sure to explain the process and the work required to me in detail. I had my muffler replaced at the Victoria BC location on Douglas Avenue. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. When I discovered that my muffler was hanging by one bolt, I contacted them, and even though they were extremely busy, they took me in within a half-hour, took off my muffler, and made an appointment for three days away to replace it. Even though I had had my muffler installed in my home city (we are visiting Victoria), they showed me how to use my lifetime warranty so that I only had to pay for labour. The work was done on the spot, and the price was extremely reasonable. They were knowledgeable and helpful. A great place to do business!
