I recieved treatment here following a car accident. Antoine was very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any of my questions. I was able to get back to my daily routine following his treatment plan. I highly recommend!

I have been going here for months from a car accident and all the staff is awesome. Helen the receptionist is such a sweetheart!! She actually cares about people not like some receptionist I've delt with she understands that people have busy lives and tries her hardest to fit you in when ever your free. Tyler the massage therapist is awesome! I'll tell him where I'm sore and he will work on that spot and come out feeling amazing! Can't forget about Antoine he is an amazing physiotherapist! I was t-boned badly and he has been working with me and putting up with me non stop! I like how he gives you home work so when your not there and you feel stiff you know what to do and helps you get through the week or weeks until your next appointment. Everyone at Waterloo physiotherapy is awesome at what they do and they care about there client's too big time ❤️

From middle of December till the end of March, I was getting my treatment done for my right leg.I am glad that it worked out for me.Jessica and Antoine Varghese both are the one I dealt with while I was there. I had positive experience.I must say that initially it feels that it's a slow process and does not give you the confidence but as more appointment went by, I felt the difference.I sincerely thank my insurance company which recommended them and also to them for helping me out with my pain issue.

Very unprofessional. My partner went to see a massage therapist and an employee called Antoine was very intrusive and was asking a lot of personal questions. He wanted to know why my partner had not gotten better yet essentially implying that she should have already gotten better even though he was not the primary care provider.

The physiotherapist here is a total quack. He never knew what sort of treatment to do, and he would ask me what to do. Most of the time, I'd be paying $60 just for him to put acupuncture needles in, and then take them out 20 minutes later, which is a total ripoff. He gives smart-ass answers to questions, makes you feel like an idiot for asking them, and couldn't give me any real information about my pain. After wasting a bunch of money going here for 3 months, I found another physiotherapist who could actually help. Please do not give this guy your business.

Exceptional professional services found here! Anyone looking for comprehensive care following a physical injury in Waterloo Region should seek services here. I was referred to this practice following a car accident over a year ago for therapy. The services and care I received were exceptional. Antione is a very skilled and knowledgeable Physiotherapist who developed my care plan and supported my recovery. I also received massage therapy as part of my treatment from 2 very skilled RMT's.
