The UPS Store

Would rather leave no stars at all. I've used the local UOS store once and they lost my package right off the start. Was scanned in the city but then it disappeared. That was January 4th and I waited to find out what had happened, then was told that they'd do a search for it that took about a month. So finally was told to do a refund and that took a long time ( I know they gotta go threw hoops and stuff). So manager said I'd get my insurance money PLUS what it cost me to ship. That should total $153.28 approximately well here it is April 5 and I got my cheque for $118.00 close but not the amount I was told by the manager. Story was it has something to do with some insurance thing. Was not really listening as I was very upset. Needless to say there was some language on my part. WILL NEVER USE UPS EVER AGAIN......

10/10 would recommend!They provide wonderful, prompt service and always pay attention to detail.

The UPS Store has been great to work with for the last 9+ years. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are also quick to respond to any quesiton we may have. Here's to many more years working together. Marjorie

An antique painting has been shipped by this store. From my initial phone call I have been impressed by the friendliness, and efficiency of the staff. The store is clean, and when we left the art, I knew it would be packed according to exacting standards. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.

Would’ve chosen zero stars if I cpuld. The door delivery system is frustrating. The delivery agent neither called nor rang the doorbell for delivery and left a note for failed delivery. Even after placing multiple requests with the agents for a re attempt, no action was taken from their side. Now I’m going to have to pick up the item myself from the access point. Very dissatisfying with the service.

I have been to this store numerous times since November for various reasons. I have shipped items purchased boxes copied papers purchased birthday cards. The staff in this store are hands down the best staff ever. They are friendly kind helpful and make sure everything I needed done was done properly. I enjoy sending parcels to my granddaughter and the UPS store in Thunder Bay is helping me spoil her with all I send to her. If you need professional courteous service with your shipping needs head to this store. You won’t be disappointed.

I had to ship off several boxes to the other end of Ontario (a number of which were heavy with several books), and the people at the UPS in Thunder Bay were very helpful and patient with me.All the boxes arrived at my chosen address over two days and in good condition. I'll definitely be using UPS if I have to do something like this again!
