There are no other words to describe this venue and its owners other than....WOW, WOW, and more WOW.Beauty at its finest!!!!!Myself and my husband watched this venue come to life, right from the blueprint vision to the final reveal of The Black Barn".We saw Mrs. Madeline's vision on paper and knew this spunky farm girl was onto something specular

ABOVE & BEYOND is how I would describe our experience with the Black Barn venue. We had our wedding in September 2022 and from the moment we first contacted Madeleine to the wedding day, they have gone above and beyond in all aspects to make our day special. After conducting research on all of the venues in the Edmonton area, the Black Barn stood out to us because they offered more than just a venue, they offered an experience. From the four hours of complimentary wedding planning, to prompt communication, and the immense amount of extra services included in the price we had to go with Black Barn. Aaron, the day of coordinator did most of the decorating with such an eye for perfection and class, the bartenders that we hired from them were creative and made fun cocktails and shots for all of our guests, the bridal suite was gorgeous and filled with natural light, and they even had coffee made for us upon our arrival in the morning. We wanted a champagne tower right after our ceremony, and Aaron had everything ready for us. Throughout the evening they made sure the space was tidy and helped our DJ transition to the patio for our first dance. For those guests who didn’t want to dance inside the barn, they brought out portable fire towers so that they could relax on the patio. At the end of the night, they cleaned up everything, stacked our extra alcohol and even boxed up leftover decor that could be reused. With the Black Barn, they will make your vision a reality. My husband and I live in British Columbia, and had to plan our wedding from one province over. It was an absolute breeze because of working with the Black Barn. We can not recommend them enough. The venue is full of beautiful landscaping, a classy patio, elegant decor and wonderful staff.

Gorgeous venue! Great location. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure that our day was memorable! We highly recommend this venue!

Can't say enough good things about The Black Barn! My husband and I were married and had our reception there and are in love with the venue. It made for a cozy atmosphere and beautiful photos! The family who owns and runs it is incredibly kind and made our day feel absolutely perfect. Aaron made sure that every decor touch was to my liking and he knocked the tablescapes out of the park. You will not regret having an event here!

Black Barn is absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding here and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The day went smoothly as staff were on site and able to answer any questions as they came up. The venue itself was gorgeous with lots of places to take pictures on site! Highly recommend Black Barn.

We got married at Black Barn in July. Aside from the venue being absolutely gorgeous, Aaron, Andrew, Madeleine and the rest of the Black Barn team were amazing to work with. The team is incredibly accommodating; they went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing day, and made sure it went as seamlessly as possible. We had a 2 hour consultation with Aaron during the planning stages. He was very insightful and helpful when planning the meticulous details that go into making your day special. A beautiful venue and location. My brothers wedding was wonderful. The staff were great! The owners were amazing! Just a suggestion though, maybe provide parasols for when it's super duper hot and we have to sit out in the sun. We were literally melting out there! Lol

Had an absolute fabulous experience at the Black Barn! I cant say enough good things about the people who run this venue, and about the stunning venue itself! The team was well organzied and ready to help with anything. They made the entire process less stressful and more enjoyable! Was fantastic being able to enjoy our day knowing everything was happening as it should!!! The venue itself is stunning, the interior was clean and has a great set up, and the grounds are just stunning! So much thought and work was put into making this venue and it shows!

I'm sharing a review of this venue from the point of view of a fellow wedding professional.I had the pleasure of DJing here for a wedding. Aaron, Amanda and Madeleine and all their team members were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. They provided an easy point of entry, allowed me to show up earlier than I had initially planned on arriving so I could ensure set up went smooth for this particular multi-faceted wedding (ceremony, reception and slide show set up), they worked efficiently through the room flip and provided valuable information for my future events there this year.Also the aesthetic of this venue is phenomenal. You can just tell that they are committed to providing an excellent experience for everyone who walks through their door.

The most beautiful venue I’ve been to yet! The management and staff had everything organized, and were very professional and friendly. It provided our family with the ultimate family wedding experience. One well remember for years! Thank you!
