A great way to entertain! We love it when 1594 prepares dinner for our guests, right in our own home. On three different occasions, Chef John did everything for us, from creating customized menus, to bringing the ingredients (and even the dishes), to preparing delicious 3-course meals, to whisking away the dirty dishes when the meals were complete. What a fantastic evening for our Mom's 60th birthday! ❤ We had such a wonderful time. John did a stellar job with EVERYTHING. The food was delicious and the wine pairing was perfect.John was right on time, very professional and the clean up was great. It was like hadn't even been there!!We hope to have another celebration soon to have him back!Thank you so much, John, for making the day memorable!!

I hired 1549 Dining for a party of 8 dinner party. Johnathon was very professional, provided a detailed menu and budget before the evening to confirm the entire party did not have any concerns. Everything was brought to the house including the table decorations, music, glasses, plates and cookware. The food and wine provided was great. I would definitely hire 1549 Dining again for a dinner party and highly recommend them.
