Do better McDonald's. After the shut down to do renovations, I assumed it would be better inside. They took away the pop machine and some and aparently they do not offer refills for your drinks, and they less seating inside. EVERY seat/table area was filthy, as well as the bathrooms. For cheap fast food, this will now be the LAST choice I go with.

Asked for a specific Happy Meal toy for my 4 year old daughter. The drive thru employees at the actual windows were nice about it. But some woman who was also wearing a headset insisted the window person just say Just tell him that's all we have and move it on." Rude af. Don't forget that customers can hear that and it is not appreciated. Also don't forget we all have a phone to make the review permanent online. Some people have zero class."

Edit: changed review to one star because the last 4 times I’ve ordered here service has been awful. Very rude staff. Older lady who served me coffee needs to get her attitude checkedThey’ve honestly gone down hill in the last year or so. The food is over priced (Remember when a McDouble was less than $2 after taxes??) you can now eat cheaper at other locations like Wendy’s & Burger King. I’ve continued to buy their coffee (especially when it’s on for $1) but I don’t think they’re stirring them efficiently before passing it out to the customer…. People shouldn’t have to stir their own coffee after paying for it

I have long been a fan of MacDonald’s. Most locations are literally a carbon copy of another store. Recently they have began to upgrade to McCafe locations and the renovations have been great. Being able to order via mobile app or order station is fantastic. McDonalds is certainly not gourmet food…. however you can get a great meal at a reasonable price. They are now branching out into different meal options and even have baked goods at several locations. Options for kids have also improved in recent years and you can get healthy options along with your choice of book or toy. I am a fan, B+ will always go again!

The new reno sucksTo tight of spaces went once sense the renovation and not going back took so much dining room space awayPlus the machines to order food are in a stupied spot right infront of the door as u wall inWho ever came up with the lay out and design need to shake their head its terrible!

The old nightshift lady has been so rude the last few times I went! Horrible customer service when she’s working. I worked overnights in Guelph Ontario and would never be that rude to any customers! No matter if your the manager or not!!!

FIX YOUR SPEAKER IF YOU CANT HEAR PEOPLE. While you’re at it, hire people that can also hear when you have to order at the window. Adding things to my order that I NEVER asked for. Employees laughing inside instead of ensuring people’s orders are being made. This McDonald’s suuuucks. To bad it’s the only one in summerside or i would be going elsewhere. Renovate your freakin speaker and employees.
