Just had a wonderful experience when shopping for a new phone.Adam was super friendly, helpful, and helped me find the plan that best fit my personal budget!This is honestly the first time I have ever had a pleasant experience shopping for phones, and I’ll be back to Bell!Thank you Adam for the wonderful experience, I no longer hate cell shopping :)

I was twice in different times asked for help with the sales person there name Adam. Before even trying to help or to find out solutions he plainly said he couldn't help out. I never had these problems with other Bell sales persons there. They always quick to help. Today I accidentally locked out my phone, and I couldn't get back in. I have my smartphone through Bell and been Bell long time customer. I ended up got the help from London Drugs electronics area. They were so amazing.

The service at this location is great! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I had Eric help me out through and upgrade and he saved me from spending a ton of money, by giving me a good deal. He was very knowledgable and friendly.

My partner and I went into bell last week wanting to change providers; as we were concerned about a couple things regarding our joint phone plan. The First gentleman that greeted us initially told us that there wasn’t anything he could do and turned us away asking us to call a different bell number directly.As we headed out in frustration, a different worker named Jin, stopped us and asked us to come back so he could try his best to find anything he could do to help.Within a couple minutes he was able to fix all of our problems and we left very content.Because of his amazing customer service skills and determination to help his clients, we now feel like we have someone that we trust that has our best interest at heart. Jin is the reason we are choosing to continue with bell.

Jane helped in a fantastic kind professional manner with my small business account. She was thorough patient and very knowledgable. Thanks so much Jane you were a great help! Ill be back to see you!

I’m so glad I came to this store. I was looking to switch from pre to post-paid using a promo code I received via email. I wanted basically to save a few dollars and get more data. Eric helped me doing this process and I was pleasantly surprised as he suggested an even less expensive plan than the one I wanted (it wasn’t listed in the email I received).Thanks to Eric, I will saving 10 dollars each month (instead of 5) and getting 4x more data than what I was getting on pre-paid.Will definitely continue coming to this store.

Called in this morning to see if they had any new IPhone 14 pro max available and the gentleman who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. Went into the store and the same guy, josh, helped us. Very patient, friendly and helpful. Made the process of changing phones so nice and stress free. Was happy to answer any of our questions and has great customer service skills.

I went in to update my address and thru talking with Jinseop I found I had a loyalty upgrade I could use. He answered all of my questions, concerns and was knowledgeable about the service I was getting. Definitely a good guy to talk to if you need a hand.Thank you
