1. Cheesesteak sandwich was incredible, cut in half, so shareable. Melted provolone and roasted onions and pepper and very healthy serving of slow cooked steak. The bun was made with their pizza crust ingredients, so I was thinking I need to have a tomato sauce based sandwich, but very happy with my choice. The bun was moist and chewy in a good way.2. Cocktail menu is the best I've seen at a restaurant, whiskey sours made perfectly with egg whites, amaretto sour may be even better, reasonable pricing, with 1 oz whiskey sour at $7.95. Beer menu also good with good selection of mostly Great Lakes Brewing including a good IPA and prices reasonable. Wine reasonably priced.3. Excellent service, hung out at the bar until they let us know the patio table was ready.4. Good atmosphere, cool, seems like a historic building.5. Pizzas are good, in stone oven, priced a bit higher than the sandwiches so I find the value better on the sandwiches. Good to share, good variety of choices.-Apparently new ownership for 9 weeks and the manager came from the Keg, hence the excellent cocktail menu.

Thursday night and the leafs are in the playoffs. Had a delicious Caesar salad along with stone fired Pizza. Was delicious. Great decor. Great service. Excellent food. Great servers in a fun atmosphere. And the leafs are down one goal. As I live in Paris, I think this is a wonderful addition to our downtown community. Everyone should come here.!

I just wanted to say thanks for a wonderful meal, terrific waitstaff and great time after our 36-hour road trip that took us from Atlanta, GA to Paris, Ontario via Buffalo, Niagara and Toronto. We were weary travelers after our journey and found you by chance and could not have been more delighted. After we found your awesome restaurant, we parked above a great band playing and devoured your delicious pizzas, thanks for the hospitality, we’ll be back next time we’re in town!

Had a great afternoon at Paris Inn today. Our server was fantastic! The chicken pesto pizza and beet salad were delicious and the atmosphere/decor is very cool.

Quite the gem off on a side street. We were told at our hotel the the pizza was friggin' awesome" and it certainly was. So was the beet salad. Such good food! Service was great too! We highly recommend and will definitley go back the next time we are in Paris."

Ate there last night and it was awesome. Best pizza and sandwich I’ve had in quite some time. Very good bar drinks and ice cold beer as well. Good to see it open and thriving

I am from South of Italy and this is one of the few places in Ontario where I had a good experience. We had a margherita and a sausage and pepper. The margherita was the best one. Only minor point to improve is that there was too much flour left on the bottom of the other pizza. Overall 5/5
